Accommodations:  Chalet, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

Beautiful new chalet on wooded lot. You can cozy up on the couch with a fire and watch nature come to your front yard , or you can sit in the hot tub and enjoy all the deer and wild turkeys. Located in the woods of Towamensing Trails is our new three bedroom, two full bath home.

WE HAVE MULTIPLE HOUSE AVAILABLE IN THE SAME DEVELOPMENT! PLEASE INQUIRE IF THIS HOUSE IS CURRENTLY BOOKED FOR THE DATES YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. ALL HOUSES HAVE HOT TUBS, FIRE PLACES, AND 4 ARE WITH POOL TABLES.

Available for weekend/weekly rentals. Nicely furnished white glove clean with gas stone fire place, cathedral ceilings, windows from top to bottom, one 36 inch TV in the living room and one 27 inch TV in the upstairs bedroom, plus a 20 inch TV in the pool room. Pool room has seven foot slate table, for those who love to shoot pool. There is a large deck in the front with gas grill and patio table for out door dining, and in the back of the house a private deck awaits you with six-person Hot Tub. Watch the snow melt as it hits the water while you are soothing you aching muscles in the cold mountain air.

For the 2nd year, you've impressed us! After years of dealing with realtors and strangers, we've finally found someone we love renting from!! Your homes are beautiful on the outside and immaculate on the inside! You are prompt, personable and accommodating and we will hopefully be renting from you for many years to come. Your Hugo Chalet was gorgeous last year and this home was as well. We can't decide which one we like better. Looking forward to staying at one of your new homes next year. Wow, what a wonderful place to get away from it all, yet still have the comforts of home. While researching places to stay in the Pocono’s, two things really attracted us to this house. The first was that it appeared to be new and clean. The second was that pets were allowed. This really meant a lot as we could have a true family vacation and not leave the dogs in the kennel for a week.
When we arrived, the house sure did not disappoint. The first thing we noticed when we walked into the house was how nice and new everything was. It really was "white glove" clean. The layout was open and airy. The furniture was beautiful and comfortable and not the cheep stuff you sometimes find in some of the other rentals. The Jacuzzi was a definite highlight as you could clearly see thousands of stars while soaking in it at night.
In the daytime, there was plenty to do. On our morning walks, we always saw deer and wild turkeys. In the afternoons we explored Jim Thorpe or one of the many nearby hiking trails.
We cannot stress enough what a pleasure it was renting from Lee. He was a professional and gracious host and always quick to respond. When we told him we would be bringing our baby, he even offered to provide us with a pack and play. In short, we would recommend this house for anyone staying in this area.

  • I surprised my boyfriend with a weekend away from the city at this beautiful chalet, and it was absolutely amazing. Lee was wonderful at communicating with me, answering all my questions speedily and making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I felt like I had my own personal assistant helping me plan a romantic weekend. I absolutely loved the fact that our 2 dogs were welcome. We felt completely at home and relaxed, and we will be back and we have already begun telling all of our friends about this home and Lee.

  • This house was perfect for our 3-day weekend stay. The location is 5 to 10 minutes from everything you'll need --- stores, restaurants, skiing. It is well equipped and maintained. The owner makes the process very easy. He has lots of information to share about the area -- you'll find plenty to do! We look forward to visiting in the summer -- would recommend without hesitation.

  • WHAT A COZY PLACE TO STAY. WE HAD WENT THROUGH MAY WEB SITES TO GET THIS LISTING AND WERE VERY HAPPY THAT WE FOUND IT. CENTRALLY LOCATED TO EVERYTHING. WE SKIED JACK FROST/BIG BOULDER, WHICH WAS A SHORT RIDE. GOOD FOOD RIGHT UP THE ROAD AT BELLA MIA, WHICH LEE HAD SUGGESTED. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING, MAYBE EVEN IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT, THE LOCATION WAS RIGHT AND THE OWNER VERY NICE. CANNOT GO WRONG WITH THIS RENTAL. WE HAD 7 PEOPLE STAY AND HAD PLENTY OF SPACE.

My Husband and I have been coming up the Poconos for nearly 10 years for Nascar and this was by far the best accomodations ever. From the Hot Tub to the King Size bed it was wonderful.   • My friends and I stayed in Lee's BEAUTIFUL home from 2/1 thru 2/6/08. The pictures of it were GORGEOUS, but they DO NOT do this home justice! PRIDE OF OWNERSHIP SHINES THROUGHOUT THIS HOME! There were NO corners cut here! The furnishings and absolute COMFORT of EVERY room were really impressive. We had a BLAST (with our GIANTS fanatic friends) watching the Super Bowl that weekend as well. I would HIGHLY recommend this house TO ANYONE! To be able to say that feels GREAT because our group of friends has been renting homes in this area for over 18 years..and it's nice to REALLY want to return to a particular home! Lee is SO ACCOMMODATING and so professional to deal with as well. Thanks again for everything, Lee! We will be back to visit!

  • This house looks beautiful in the pictures but it is even more breath taking in person. My family and I rented this house from Lee for Christmas and it couldn't have been any better than we expected. From the moment you walk inside you get this warm fuzzy feeling as if you are stepping into your own home, it was very well kept and had all the necessities you could think of, whether your traveling with children or just adults, everything needed is provided.
