Beautiful new chalet on wooded lot. You can cozy up on the couch with a fire and watch nature come to your front yard , or you can sit in the hot tub and enjoy all the deer and wild turkeys. Located in the woods of Towamensing Trails is our new three bedroom, two full bath home.
WE HAVE MULTIPLE HOUSE AVAILABLE IN THE SAME DEVELOPMENT! PLEASE INQUIRE IF THIS HOUSE IS CURRENTLY BOOKED FOR THE DATES YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. ALL HOUSES HAVE HOT TUBS, FIRE PLACES, AND 4 ARE WITH POOL TABLES.
Available for weekend/weekly rentals. Nicely furnished white glove clean with gas stone fire place, cathedral ceilings, windows from top to bottom, one 36 inch TV in the living room and one 27 inch TV in the upstairs bedroom, plus a 20 inch TV in the pool room. Pool room has seven foot slate table, for those who love to shoot pool. There is a large deck in the front with gas grill and patio table for out door dining, and in the back of the house a private deck awaits you with six-person Hot Tub. Watch the snow melt as it hits the water while you are soothing you aching muscles in the cold mountain air.

Wow, what a wonderful place to get away from it all, yet still have the comforts of home. While researching places to stay in the Pocono’s, two things really attracted us to this house. The first was that it appeared to be new and clean. The second was that pets were allowed. This really meant a lot as we could have a true family vacation and not leave the dogs in the kennel for a week.
When we arrived, the house sure did not disappoint. The first thing we noticed when we walked into the house was how nice and new everything was. It really was "white glove" clean. The layout was open and airy. The furniture was beautiful and comfortable and not the cheep stuff you sometimes find in some of the other rentals. The Jacuzzi was a definite highlight as you could clearly see thousands of stars while soaking in it at night.
In the daytime, there was plenty to do. On our morning walks, we always saw deer and wild turkeys. In the afternoons we explored Jim Thorpe or one of the many nearby hiking trails.
We cannot stress enough what a pleasure it was renting from Lee. He was a professional and gracious host and always quick to respond. When we told him we would be bringing our baby, he even offered to provide us with a pack and play. In short, we would recommend this house for anyone staying in this area.

Why the Owner Chose Albrightsville
This vacation home is located in Towamensing Trails. I bought my vacation rental in this area due to the endless amount of year round activities that are available. It is truly a four season rental community. For Winter there are the ski slopes 5 miles away, snow tubing/boarding, as well as 2 casinos, and an indoor water park open to the public 5 miles away. The thought of bundling up and skiing when it is close to zero degrees, and then surfing at the climate controlled indoor water park in a bathing suit all in the same day was most inticing. The spring brings tons of festivals as well as well as a great time to site see. For the summer, you have a 195 acre lake, a beatutiful beach, swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, game room/playground, and restaurant/club all in the development. For fall, there is some of the most beautiful foliage that I have ever seen.

I started with one home in 2005 that I could use with as my vacation home, and also rent out. I have enjoyed renting to my guests so much, that I built 2 additional homes all in the same community. I have 2 property managers that live in the same development, and they too are always available for my guests. I also have been very sucessful in offering customized rentals. For that special occasion such as an anniversary, honey moon, birthday, etc, I offer many items that can be provided to surprise a loved one upon there arrival. We had a great vacation at Lee's house in Albrightsville. The house is very clean and roomy, and it was a good home base for our group of 4 adults and two small children. Lee provided some recommendations on things to do locally, and this was very helpful. Overall, our whole family agreed that picking this house was a smart idea.

Such a great place to stay. The locals are warm. Lee is a pleasure to deal with. We now have rented the house the last to Christmas' and already plan to book for next year as well. The place is super clean. Deer walk thru the yard. Thanks for the great expierience

We just came back from a wonderful weekend at the Chalet. The home is beautiful and so is the area. I have to thank Lee for letting us see the home before we rented. We had a horrible experience with a home be rented in the Poconos during the summer (different owner), and Lee was very understanding about letting us come up and see the Chalet, after hearing our story. Everything was perfect and our 2 dogs loved the walks and seeing the deer & wild turkey. My family enjoyed the hot tub and just sitting outside in peace and quiet. Sad to say the weekend went to fast and be will be back in the summer.

Another terrific stay at one of Lee's chalets in Towamensing Trails! This chalet is fully loaded, with two decks, the front deck features a gas grill and picnic table with a view of the peaceful front "woods", the perfect coffee spot. The back deck has the hot tub, very private, and the perfect way to relax after paintball. Or to just relax and soak. The stars at night are pretty spectacular from the hot tub. Top to bottom, it's very clear that the owners goal is the guests comfort. All very tastefully decorated! The chalet is fully loaded for visitors comfort and enjoyment, owner furnished towels and linens makes packing a breeze. The kitchen has everything you need to live here, and we loved the "bar" and stools for informal eating. The living room furniture is comfy and plush, and is dangerously easy to nap on. Full bathrooms upstairs and downstairs adds to everyone's ease and comfort. The bedrooms are nice and spacious, plenty roomy, and way nicer than any hotel room. The pool table is always an instant hit - everyone loves to play, it's even fun to lose, frequently. It was awesome to see turkey and deer, every day. The deer were in the back yard, the front yard, and seen on walks. Just beautiful! Towamensing Trails is a great community for dog walking, I spent many hours walking my three dogs on the basically deserted paved roads, looking at the woods and wildlife. One of my favorite things about staying at one of Lee's rentals is Lee. Lee, you're just wonderful and so accomodating, so helpful, you couldn't have been any kinder or more helpful. And the great recommendations for dining and activities, so much easier than trying to find good places ourselves. We did enjoy Bella Mia and the Skirmish paintball was fun, we also enjoyed a day in Jim Thorpe. We're looking forward to our December vacation at another one of your chalets! Thank you so much, Lee!

One of the best vacations we have had! This home is just fantastic. Very comfortable and clean. Lee was always there with answeres to any questions we had from the time we first contacted him and throughout our stay.The hot tub was great for relaxing at night and the home is equipt with EVERYTHING. Beautiful private comunity with a great lake, pool and anything you could want. Close enough to anything you want to do but still out of the way enough to be private, quiet and relaxing. My family and I will deffinitely be coming back again. Thanks again Lee for a fantastic vacation!

Nous avons passé, avec nos trois enfants, une semaine formidable dans cette maison que nous recommandons chaudement. Les photographies du site ne lui rendent pas justice, car elle est encore plus belle. Très bien équipée, très confortable, elle bénéficie de plus d'un entretien fort soigné. Tous les équipements fonctionnent et avaient même été mis en marche (ordinateur ou hot tub) avant même notre arrivée. Les lits sont très confortables et les sanitaires modernes et très pratiques. Le cadre naturel, avec des bêtes sauvages, est enchanteur. les enfants, qui ont profité de l'ordinateur, du billard, du jardin, du lac, de la piscine et des TV s'y sont également beaucoup plu (ils ont 9, 11 et 14 ans). Nous ne pouvons donc que chaudement recommander la location de cette maison, où nous comptons revenir, même si elle est fort éloignée de chez nous.

House was amazing!! House had everything you could imagine and more. This was the first vacation in the mountains in years for me and really the first time I relaxed and enjoyed vacation. Everything was perfect The house was clean, well decorated and with just the right amount of woods around it to keep it cool and perfectly hidden. The lake was clean and nice and easily located was perfect to hang out at during the day and then back to the house to relax... Lee was very helpful with giving me answers to every question I had about what to do and where to do it. The biggest thing that impressed me with this house from the first moment I saw it listed was how beautifully decorated it was. It wasn't a "rental property" It was a beautiful, relaxing home waiting to love my family for the week we stayed and it was perfect Thank you again

Had a wonderful time. The house was great. The neighborhood was quiet. We saw deer every day. The lake was nice-didn't spend much time there because we went to Camelback Waterpark. Then canoeing, biking, and hiking. Bushkill Falls, Hawk Falls nearby. Jim Thorpe has a good bike trail and nice town. There is a train also in JT. Lots to do outdoors. Didn't go rafting, if we had another day, would have done that. Good to get some brochures at Bella Mias pizza place and decide early what to plan. Outlets are great too. Would do it again next year.

This property was as described and perfect for our family..with 3 bedrooms, pool table and hot tub, after skiing was great fun! The property is well maintained and clean! The owner was a pleasure to deal with! All of our kids would enjoy going back! It is very close to Big Boulder, Jack Frost and Split Rock! We also went to Blue Mtn...a bit of a drive (25 min) , but not too bad! We hope to visit again next winter! Bring beach towels for the hot tub...

From the minute we found the chalet we knew this was going to be a great week. Once inside the whole house was picture perfect and so comfortable for us and with the extra bonus of pets being allowed our Lab enjoyed the country air too. Daily we saw deer and wild turkeys, sit and watch in amazement of how close they were to the chalet. Lee was great with directions for seeing the area too. We recommend this chalet to anyone. We will be staying with Lee again for sure. Thanks for making our vacation 2009.
