  The condo is beautifully decorated,and made us feel very comfortable in our "home away from home"....and the view from our balcony was so incredible!! The beds slept heavenly. We enjoyed coffee each morning and dinner by city scape, the lights at night and the ocean waves, so relaxing and being an end unit made all the difference. It was really nice having your own parking space and being so close to the elevators. My family had a really hard time going home. Thank you for a great experience.We would love to visit you again soon.

  Owner response: Future renters please note. The elevators are steps away from the parking space, not the unit itself. Being an end unit, there is a walk down the hallway but this avoids any passerby traffic or elevator noise.

  We have stayed in Panama City MANY times before, and have a favorite family that we like to rent from. This year, we decided to go on vacation in October, versus our normal vacation time during the summer. When we went to rent our favorite condo, it was unavailable.... and upon LOTS of searching and looking over condos in the area, we decided to rent Unit 1910 in the Emerald Isle complex. Let me tell you -- this condo is WONDERFUL! We loved it so much, we will only rent from this owner from now on if possible! The condo itself is at the end of the hallway, which is super-nice, because there is no traffic in front of your door. It's decorated beautifully, is large and spacious and has wonderfully comfortable beds. The end-unit balcony was one of our favorite parts -- talk about roomy! We relaxed outside and had dinner on the balcony several nights and there was plenty of seating for us. The kitchen is perfectly appointed and actually had lots of cabinet space for us to put our groceries, which was a plus. There was plenty of room to move around, so nobody was bumping into anyone else while cooking. We could not get over how much closet space was in this condo as well - it got to be a running joke with us -- so much room!!! We loved our stay at this property. If you're looking for something on the "quiet" end of Panama City, away from the traffic and noise of Pier Park, this is it. We say rays each day from our balcony and pods of 20+ dolphins every single day -- pretty cool. The water was crystal clear and the perfect temperature. The hot tub was fantastic (it seats 20 people!) and the folks that we met there that own condos were absolutely the friendliest folks. We even got to meet the condo manager, as they were preparing for an owner's meeting the weekend after we left -- and he was so nice and friendly. We can not wait to rent from the owner next year -- we've been talking about what a wonderful time we had this year and how we can't wait to go back! This condo deserves an A+++++ rating!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

  This place was beautiful with awesome view of the beach and the strip! Very nicely decorated. The pool area and entire building was very well kept and the entire staff was welcoming and friendly. Will definatly rent from here again! Thanks!

  This condo is exactly like it is pictured. It is vey clean nicely decorated with a comfortable feel. My husband and two teenagers had lots of fun. We grilled more than usual and enjoyed eating out on the large balcony while listening to the ocean waves...very relaxing. Being on the 19th floor, we had a great view of the beach and ocean. We saw dolphins and other sea creatures on several days. We were close enough to the new Pier Park mall that we went several times. The mall is very nice and we would recommend it to anyone. We were pleased with Kathy and how easy she is to deal. We would recommend this condo to others and we will visit again. We love it , this is our 2nd trip staying here. Thank you Kathy for sharing your home with us.

  My family and I had one last get-together before moving to Korea. I cannot say enough nice things about our stay here. The condo is beautiful, spacious, and the view is priceless! We found everything to be very easy to manage. The owner was more than helpful and the hotel mngt was also very efficient! This is a place you will want to come back to again and again! Have fun!

  We really loved this condo, and will definitely try and stay in it again next year. The view is spectacular, condo is clean and well maintained. The reserved parking space on third floor, close to elevators was a definite plus. The girls enjoyed eating outside on the balcony. Plenty of room to cook, relax and and enjoy the family, Would recommend this condo to family, friends and strangers without hesitation!
