This is the most WONDERFUL CONDO that you could ever stay in! Perfect location, very tastefully decorated, the view from the condo is magnificent, all the amenities you could ever want and most of all the nicest owners we have ever dealt with! They go out of their way to make sure your vacation is enjoyed to the fullest. We highly recommend this condo as the #1 place to stay at Navarre Beach!

Everything was beyond our expectations. Condo very clean and attractive. Bed is very comfortable. Beach is glorious. Heated pool and hot tub always clean. People are friendly and helpful. Management and condo owner very reachable and responsive. We hope to return in 2013.

This condo is perfect for small families with children. Everything you need is there. Grocery stores are only about 1 mile away. A great place to stay and price is reasonable. Thanks!

Thank you so much John as everyone has stated pictures can not do it justice. This was mine and my big sister "sister trip for 2011" We take one a year and have been up and down the gulf coast for the past 8 years after i was diag. 8 yrs ago with ovarian cancer. Your place is one of the top! The umbrella service was a huge benifit for me! If you are looking to stay on Navarre Beach look no farther this is the place you want! We ate at every place on the island no complaints Juanas a lil expensive for what you get. The pier and banna monkey both had good food. My sister had the navarre beach sand the sand lubbers carve out a cancer ribbon and it had written meme eight years strong this was a huge surprise for me. This event was really nice to see. Thank you again John for sharing your wonderful place with us!!!! oh we saw dolphins often and 3 rainbows and shelling was good!

We really enjoyed our stay here in spite of having to spend most the first two days indoors due to Tropical Storm Lee. The condo is very comfortable and much more spacious that it looks in the photos. Its very tastefully decorated and makes you feel at home. It is one of the nicest condos I have stayed in. We enjoyed the days on the beautiful beach, watching the surfers after the storm, looking for shells and watching people catching large fish from the pier. We found Navarre Beach to be much more relaxing and less congested than Destin. Pensacola Beach is just a short, beautiful drive right up the road. We had a great meal at Flounders in Pensacola Beach, enjoyed coffee and breakfast at Higher Grounds in Navarre, on Hwy 98. The condo is very conveniently located to Winn Dixie and WalMart and there is a convenient store right across the road. We had fun jet skiing in the bay. We spent the morning of the last day exploring Fort Pickens on the far west end of the island. We saw some awesome sunrises and sunsets. All in all a great vacation in spite of the storm. We look forward to returning sometime in the future.

My husband and I found this unit to be as described... clean and well-maintained. The King-size bed was comfortable. The view was great and it was a pleasure to sit on the balcony and watch the people going to/from the pier. There were no curtains or blinds at the large glass doors going out to the balcony, so be aware that people on the beach or pier may be able to see you at night when your lights are on. We saw many people surfing on the days the water was rough due to a hurricane out in the gulf, and on calm days we saw people paddling while standing on boards, as if the ocean water was a very calm lake... beautiful. We saw several dolphins from our balcony, but really got to see them up-close from the end of the pier, also jellyfish and a sea turtle... great photo opportunities! The only reason we did not give this unit a full 5-star rating was b/c of the bar/grill next door at the beginning of the pier... the music was very loud at night (totally out of the owners' control) as we wanted to sit on the balcony in quiet and listen to the waves... but if that isn't an issue for you, then this would be a 5-star listing. There aren't many restaurants in the area, so be prepared to drive a little distance to eat somewhere other than the usual chain fast-food. John answered our questions in a timely manner and gave good instructions on how to use the keyless entry. Our security deposit was refunded quickly, as well. We would recommend this unit.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The beach is fantastic and our 6 yr old daughter had a blast collecting seashells everyday. We ventured back and forth between Pensacaola & Destin but spent a majority of our time just relaxing in the condo or the beach. We shopped at the new Wal-Mart Super Center and had breakfast and lunch in the condo and ate dinner out. We really enjoyed AJ's in Destin and Peg Leg Pete's in Pensacola. The condo is much bigger than what I expected, and like other reviewers have stated, the pictures do not do it justice. This was our first time staying in a condo (we usually take a cruise or stay in a hotel). The experience could not have been any easier. John is very quick to get back with you. It was probably the most relaxing vacation we have ever taken.

Our family of three had a wonderful one week vacation. The posted pictures didn't do justice to this beautifully decorated condo. The unit was very clean and nicely stocked. We enjoyed the pool and the use of the chairs and umbrella. John is a pleasure to work with and quick to provide answers and information. Navarre Beach is truly a hidden gem and a perfect family vacation spot. We'll certainly be returning.

We had a fabulous week at the beach. The weather was great and the beaches were beautiful. We really enjoyed the chairs and umbrella on the beach we used them almost everyday. The room was very nice and perfect for our family of four( two teenagers). It had a lot of room for a one bedroom and we would definetly stay again. We drove over to see the Blue Angels and visit the aviation museum in Pensacola one day, that was really neat. We walked down the long pier and watched a man catch a fish, and collected a lot of pretty shells on the beach.This was one of our favorite vacations.

This condo was great and my husband and I would definately rent from the owners again. Owners were easy to work with. Condo was clean and beautiful with a great HDTV also! Chair service on the beach is included, which we used every day. Would recommemd!!!

This was our second stay at this condo. 2 years in a row and it was great. The summerwind place is great for families. The condo is perfect and equiped with everything. Also, nice and clean! The new pier was so awsome and great for our girls to watch them catching fish. The owners are accomodating and we again, felt right at home!! We feel very lucky and blessed to have found such nice people to deal with. Hope to be back. Navarre Beach rocks!! Thanks so much for another fabulous year at your beautiful condo! Wow! This place is awesome. Great price! Great views, walk to fun restaurants and the longest fishing pier on the Gulf....we discovered we could actually catch fish from the pier...what a treat! Walmart and other stores are only 5-10 minutes away for getting what you need and getting back to the fun. The beach chair service is the best, no chairs to carry back and forth and the chair guys are cute and polite. Book it, you'll love it.

My husband and I initially spent 3 days in early December at this condo and then followed-up with a month stay in January. This place is great! The decor and furniture are so welcoming. I enjoyed the sunrise each morning from the balcony. The view is fantastic. The owners are very accommodating with arrangements and corresponding with them was great. Everything in this complex was extremely clean. We highly recommend this unit.

My sister & I stayed here for a few nights after Thanksgiving. Everything was so clean & orderly. The owners were helpful & quick to respond to questions, etc when we were preparing to stay for a few days. We could not have asked for a greater vacation! The view is beautiful from this condo. My sister and I just finished a 4 day stay at this wonderful condo. Everything that was listed was accurate. The photos don't do it justice. Very Feng shui, which made our stay even more peaceful and relaxing. The owners were so easy to deal with and very accommodating. Highly recommend this unit for couples and small families. The beach is fantastic. No oil. Just as beautiful as it ever was. We will be back.

Great condo for our family of 5. CLEAN condo with great decor. 4th floor view of gulf, pier and pool was great to wake up to each morning. highly recommended for couples or families. the owners were so easy to deal with. we enjoyed the beach, walking next door for ice cream and then onto the pier. the water was the most beautiful i've seen in years!!!!
