We stayed for a week in July 2011. We had a great time! Great condo. Very spacious. Clean. Great view of the ocean. Definitely want to come back!

Have So Much Fun We Return Year After Year!!!

We had so much fun on our trip to Myrtle Beach and found the condo so inviting that we now return year after year to enjoy the sights and relax on the beach. We've always had so much fun that we decided to extend the fun to two weeks next year!!! The condo is located in the best location---far enough away from the "tourist attractions" and mega resosrts so that you can always find a quiet place in the sand, but close enough that you're just a 10-15 min. car ride to any attraction you'd like to see (Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach). The condo has EVERYTHING you'll need. It's just so nice to be able to save money by making meals at the condo and to have the convenience of doing your laundry there too! No more schlepping home dirty clothes--who wants to go home and do laundry!! Can't speak more highly of the condition and cleanliness of the condo. The whole family (grandma and grandpa too!) enjoy our stays and count the months until we can return. Dixie Stampede never gets old and the kids LOVE Painters Ice Cream stand. We love to spend each evening on the balcony or on the beach (literally right behind the condo--no roads to cross, just sand) and listen to the waves crash. The condo building has a wonderful Kiddie Pool for our little ones (it's always clean and the water warm) as well as a larger pool for older kids and adults. The hot tub and sauna are also great. The water is always clean (maintenance men are always checking the water chemistry and temperatures) and the deck is immaculate. There's also a charcoal-BBQ area with picnic tables. We would recommend this condo to anyone--singles, families, retired folks--as there is something for everyone!!!!

Not what I was expecting...

The condo itself was clean and attractive, however, it is not quite "ocean front" as advertised. The balcony is actually located on the corner and a tall building beside us obscured the view of the beach somewhat and completely blocked the view of the sunrise. There is only one window to the outside, all other windows face the atrium hallway. Because of the atrium, any noise made in the halls echoed and seemed much louder than they actually were. It was also unnerving to have other guests in the building walking by and talking just outside the windows of the bedrooms where you're trying to sleep and right next to the wall where you lay your head in the queen bedroom. I did not receive a total refund of my deposit. The garbage disposal stopped working and the owner had it fixed by a plumber during our stay, then proceeded to take the plumber's fee out of my security deposit. He basically blamed me for the garbage disposal breaking down, stating that it was working when he was there the week before. Well, my car was woking until I got a flat tire too! The owner was extremely rude and I will not be recommending this particular condo to anyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed the beach and our accomodations in this great, spacious unit. Our whole family enjoyed themselves and had plenty of room and plenty to do. The Gardner family.

Located right on the beach, a balcony with a beautiful view. Very clean and well appointed. Everything we needed for a wonderful week in Myrtle Beach area. Highly recommend by the whole family! We'll will return!
