This condominium is located in the national historic district of Telluride, Colorado, on the San Miguel River with beautiful views of the ski area. Ski lift and trail access is just steps away.
The unit is located on the top (third) floor, has a deck overlooking the river, and has elevator access. A queen-sized bed, one twin-sized upper bunk bed, and a queen-sized sofa sleeper can accommodate five people.
The kitchen is newly remodeled with all new appliances and granite countertops. As of recently new teak (hardwood) floors have been installed.
The newly constructed heated pool and spa are shared and located directly on the river. A brand new laundry room with commercial washers and dryers is on the premises (accessible by elevator). Downtown restaurants, stores, theaters, art galleries, rivertrails, parks and more entertainment are all within walking distance.
A free town-shuttle stops in front of the complex regularly and loops through town. A free gondola ride takes you up and over the ski area to the town of Mountain Village.
