  We felt so at home in your condo. It's clear it is well loved and well cared for. We enjoyed the complex and the proximity of the condo to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely return - as often as possible.

  We returned for the third time for a great relaxing two weeks. As mentioned before, we rank this unit tops after more than 20 years of annual stays at Loggerhead Cay. Still the best complex on Sanibel Island. The first morning beachwalk a dolphin appeared just 10 feet from shore for our viewing pleasure. We shall return next year.

  The owner of this property was wonderful. After getting jerked around by some real estate groups, this owner was a breath of fresh air. Fair, prompt, and did not tag on a lot of hidden costs. We booked the trip last minute, and as soon as they got our check, the owner fedex the keys, and so much more. Restaurant recommendations and tips were also included. What a thoughtful couple. Okay, now more about the property . . . Large two bedroom condo. Kitchen was well appointed with everything from great knives, to a blender. The condo was well situated near the lighthouse ( I ran there and back every morning-- two miles each way, just awesome four mile scenic run!) By the way, the shelling was sick! Lots of conch shells near the light house. In the other direction, lots of conchs found two miles away . . . Nice tennis courts. Played every day, and met nice couples to play doubles with. Great pool. Maybe too great--my ten year old wanted to live there and the parents just wanted to go to the beach :) Nice screened in porch. Awesome beach. I want to go back. Now. As my ten year old put it, "Mom, I'm condo sick." Meaning that she is homesick for this condo. So are Mom and Dad, Kiddo! Loved the property and really appreciated how wonderful the owners were as well.

  Husband and I rented this fine 2-bedroom condo during what is probably the busiest week of the year on Sanibel. The property is so quiet/the beach so uncrowded/ that you would never have known this, however. More spacious than we imagined from the photos and description, the condo was clean and more than adequately furnished (bed most comfortable!). We especially appreciated provision of beach chairs & towels, as well as a small supply of staple kitchen provisions. Location was perfect; we biked everywhere! Ding Darling refuge was a favorite, especially the tram tour along the wildlife drive. Conch sald at the Lazy Flamingo was my husband's favorite meal; mine was Doc Ford's fish sandwich. We're already talking about returning next year with another couple!

  Staying in this condo at Loggerhead Cay was everything we had hoped for, and more. We have stayed in other condos at Loggerhead before, and this is by far the best one in terms of comfort, space, and amenities. The listing description on vrbo was accurate, and the photos were also accurate in depicting the appearance. The property was definitely clean and well maintained, both the condo and the grounds. The owner couldn't have been more helpful in assisting us with several issues that arose while we were there. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends, and my relatives who stayed with me were also very pleased with it. This is the place to stay if cooking is important to you. In terms of pots and pans, knives, etc, this kitchen is exceedingly well-appointed. In our family we cook a lot of meals in the condo, and we were very pleased with all of our options. This year we even made Christmas cookies. The beach is very close and wonderful for walking in both directions. Restaurants that we like in particular are the Lazy Flamingo, the Lighthouse Cafe, and Sweet Melissa's. You couldn't go wrong if you stay in this condo complex, but particularly so if you stay in this condo. We will be there again as soon as we can.

  My husband and I, both seniors, stayed in this condo and really enjoyed the amenities and convenience to the pool and beach. The owners have ensured that any vacationers staying here will be comfortable in their extremely clean, sunny condo. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities and very nicely updated. The screened balcony was a very pretty, restful place and was not simply used as additional storage space, as many condo balconies sometimes are. We played many card games with our visiting grandchildren out on the balcony and had a wonderful time! I am very limited with my walking abilities and found the entire complex to be very accessible to me. The pool and the surrounding landscaping in the courtyard is beautifully done and very well-kept -- we even loved having the convenience of restrooms near the pool and beach and a beautiful picnic area next to the pool. Overall, our experience was fantastic and we would recommend this unit to anyone. Next time we visit Sanibel, we will definitely stay here again. Enjoy!
