Our home is located directly on the 10th fairway of the prestigious Indian Wells Country Club. A beautifully furnished, contemporary home in Indian Wells, California, known as "the Beverly Hills of the desert."
Situated in the most exclusive desert community in Southern California, this incredible property is set in a neighborhood of beautiful homes and amazing gardens. The home is less than one mile from the famous Indian Wells tennis garden, home of the Pacific Life Tennis Tournament (held every March).
The backyard is totally private (situated on a double fairway), with a gorgeous in-laid tile pool, and is furnished with lounges, and planted with mature citrus trees. The orange blossoms are intoxicating in springtime.
Indian Wells Country Club is known as one of the premier communities in the desert and is located in the foothills overlooking the Cochella Valley, about a five-minute drive from the shopping and restaurants of El Paseo Drive. The community has 24 hour security guards on site. The landscaping and flowers throughout the club are simply incredible.
Our home is approximately 1700 square feet and has a grand room with vaulted ceiling containing the living room, dining room, and fully-equipped kitchen.
This is a single-family home, not a condominium or townhouse.
Enjoy your stay in the California king-size bed in the spacious master bedroom fitted with 400-thread-count, Egyptian, cotton linens. Bedroom furnished in soothing color palate and opens to the patio and golf course. Master bath with step-in shower with plush towels and lots of closet space.
The main guest room has another king-sized, pillow-top mattress. Guest bath has enclosed tub and shower supplied with plush towels.
The third bedroom can be used as a den or as a bedroom. There is a queen-sized sofa bed which folds out from a very comfortable custom couch.
Two-car garage. Separate side room with washer and dryer. Fully-stocked kitchen includes two sinks, a microwave , dishwasher, gas cook top, and a separate island with a wine refrigerator. The kitchen opens to the dining area and has a window pass-through to a private courtyard and barbecue area. The dining room table accommodates six with all the necessary service for your gourmet meals.
The living room with vaulted ceilings looks out over the golf course. Relax and enjoy views of the fairway and the mountains; engage in a board game or cards at the game table; or simply watch a good movie on our 50-inch TV, or choose a movie from over 40 videos we have at the home.
We also provide a Dell computer with internet access. There are many WiFi networks available as well.
Start your morning with coffee and a newspaper or begin your evening festivities with cocktails on the tree shaded patio situated on the fairway. One of the most central locations in Palm Desert; just minutes to the renowned "El Paseo," "The Rodeo Drive of the Desert," as well as "The River." Fine dining, shopping, entertainment, casinos, and groceries are all within a short drive. Will consider small dog. Reserve with a security deposit with credit card.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS: A $550 security/damage deposit is required to secure a booking and will be returned within thirty days of departure, provided the home is left in its original excellent condition. Full payment, plus the cleaning fee is required one month prior to arrival. If booking is made within the 30 days prior to arrival, the entire amount of the rental, including deposit and cleaning fee are to be sent in the form of certified funds via next day service.
CANCELLATION POLICY - If a cancellation occurs during the time the owner has received the deposit, but prior to receiving the rental payment, the deposit will be forfeited, unless a new booking is secured and a successful rental is obtained. If a cancellation occurs after the owner has received the deposit and the rental payment, the entire rental amount is forfeited, unless a new booking is secured and a successful rental is obtained; however, the deposit will be refunded regardless.
For additional protection, we recommend that you purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance. Most people are not aware that this insurance is available for your vacation rental trip but it is available thru companies such as InsureMyTrip. There are many different types of trip insurance available, but Trip Cancellation and Interruption protection is the most important benefit you should look for. If your trip has to be canceled for covered reasons such as illness, accident, death of a family member or traveling companion, jury duty, weather conditions which cause delay/ cancellation of travel or fire or flood in your home, this coverage protects your investment and will reimburse the normally non-refundable payments you make for your vacation rental, airline tickets and other covered travel related fees.
