This charming Cape style home is situated on 15+ acres of woods and lawns and perennial gardens.

There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor, one with private bath and one large carpeted bedroom upstairs.

The living room is spacious with lots of light from 4 windows, including a large bay window. It holds two sofas, a recliner and winged chairs for relaxing in front of a fireplace or watching your favorite TV show. We have built-in book shelves stocked with a variety of reading interests as well as games and puzzles for a renewed family affair.

The sunny dining room is very cozy with built-in corner hutches and bay window.

The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances and everything you need to make your gourmet speciality.

The basement is spacious with a new Maytag washer & dryer, folding table and ironing board.

There are lawns surrounding the house with perennial flowers, bushes and tall mature fir trees.
You can enjoy this view at our patio table while cooking up a barbecue on the outdoor gas grill or try the outdoor fireplace pit.

Two miles from Housatonic Village which features many art galleries, a variety store and restaurant.

We are just a few minutes to Great Barrington center(3mi), Stockbridge (4 mi) and Lenox(6-7 mi).

Great Barrington offers many antique and specialty shops, bookstores, and great restaurants, some of the best in the county.
