While staying at the home you will have use of two (2) "Preferred Parking passes" to Sunday River if you are staying during the winter.
'The Hideaway' has two full kitchens, 3 HDTVS, plus an additional childrens TV in the bunk room, 4 DVD players with a selection of DVDs,a playstation 3 and a playstation 2 with games. Enjoy the Great Room with 19-foot cathedral ceiling and 14 windows facing Sunday River Ski area. Both living room and Great Room also feature stone fireplaces.
This year round vacation retreat comes complete with Hot Tub, a game room with pool table and our latest addition for summer fun, our new 20'x 40' INGROUND SWIMMING POOL with large Patio and sun Room addition overlooking the pool and patio areas.
This will be ideal for any 4 season vacation retreat or family gathering.

we recently rented this house for a weekend gathering and all i can say is that this house is awesome, its literally the lap of luxury, its very secluded which is what we were looking for, we had 15 people there and there were accomdations for everyone and plenty of space to hang out in case of rain or if renting during winter months for skiing, 3 large hd tvs, a 4th hd tv in the game/pool table room, bottom line is you cannot go wrong with this house and i hope to be back

The Mountain Hideaway is my "TOP PICK" for the BEST ACCOMIDATIONS and VALUE. I've made two visits already this season. Great location. Just 5 minutes away from Sunday River. Very clean and all the amenities were provided. Also the view was AWESOME. And the HOT TUB was a great way to top off the night. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for 5 STAR accomidations without breaking the bank. Thanks Tama & Gary. We'll be back soon!
