Award-winning, luxury class 3-bedroom/3-bathroom townhouse is fully furnished and has 2 master bedrooms on the top floor, each attached to their own full bathroom. The first master bedroom opens onto a beautiful balcony and comes with a king size bed, armoire and TV. The attached bathroom has double shower heads and limestone heated floor and shower. The second master bedroom has 2 twin beds, an armoire and a TV.
The third bedroom is located on the 1st floor along with a full-size bathroom and has a queen bed, armoire and TV. There is also a fold-out queen size sofa bed in the living room. Our rental sleeps 6 comfortably, but can hold up to 8 people.
The Montebello II Development is the winner of a prestigious architectural award for Best New Town Home Development and Best Interior Design. It is within walking distance to Whistler Village and comes complete with new furnishings, 6 guest bathrobes, 15 ft. vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a one-car garage. The floors are heated slate and limestone and the kitchen comes with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is also a dining room that seats 8, as well as a furnished patio if you prefer to have breakfast outside and watch the sun come up or eat dinner under the stars. The family room has 2 sofas, a chair with an ottoman and an entertainment center (cable TV, VCR, and CD player). There is also a washer and dryer on the first floor. No pets and no smoking.
