  Hello Mr.Boucher, I am writing this note to let you know just how Thrilled we were staying at your Beautifull condo at Myrtle Beach. There are very few True "One-Bedroom" Luxury condos at the beach that have a separate Bedroom as yours does.The location is truely walking distance to everything. By the way we are wondering who did the fine renovation work, I'm certain most owners would like to hear about what you did to set your condo apart from most out there.

  Well, we were not originally suppose to stay here, but because of a mistake by the owner in reservation we were assigned this condo. Brian did apologize for the mix up several times. I was somewhat disappointed in this place. Very outdated, water pressure in the shower was awful!! Barely enough to take a shower. I do have to say it was pretty clean, could really use new carpet or tile. The beds were really uncomfortable (hard as a rock). I don't think we would ever stay here again unless some updates were made. The upside is the staff were really nice, the view was gorgeous and we met some really nice people at this condo.

  We rented this condo through VRBO.com. We rented through Brian. He was very nice and answered my questions This was the first time that I rented through VRBO. I will rent through VRBO again. It is a very good price. Had no trouble when we arrived. Front desk very nice. Had a wonderful view. The room was fairly clean. As previous postings stated, it was a little dated, but cute. There is parking across the street, it was nice that our vehicle did not get too salty and sandy since we parked where it was covered. It is 10 blocks from the Boardwalk. so we walked to the boardwalk several nights. We ate at Marvins on the boardwalk, they are right off the beach. They have the best hamburger! Several places along the beach the food was very good, you will not be disappointed. It was nice to have the little kitchen, we had breakfast and lunch at the condo and went out every night for dinner. The only thing I missed was not having a washer and dryer in this condo. Be sure to bring your kitchen towels and dish soap. they had all the dishes, pans, bowls, silverware etc. I was hoping it had a vacuum so I could vacuum a couple times just to pick up the sand from the beach. oh yeah a lesson we learned, do not have your cell phone close to your key card, it will erase your key info. we went to the front desk and they re-keyed it for us. they were awesome! I would rent from VRBO again and this condo. Hope this helps make your decision easier to rent here.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  We have just completed a 2 month stay in this unit. We had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach & found Brian's unit suited our needs. The unit isn't equipped for a long term stay, BUT Brian always said if there was anything we needed just give him a call. The unit was clean & the view is awesome!! Morning coffee with the sunrise is such a treat. The complex is dated, but the staff works hard to pick up after inconsiderate guests, make sure to let them know you appreciate their efforts. Kudos to Wendy at the front desk, who went out of her way for us, we even spent Thanksgiving with her family. We want to come back next fall for an even longer stay. Thanks Brian, hope to see you next year.

  Very conveniet location. Comfortable condo. Little bit dated

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  Best Condo on the Grandstrand for the money. View is great conveniences on every conor,such as restaurants,shops,mini-golf,the Myrtle Square Mall (just a 2 blk. walk from the Condo),Ice Cream Parlors,Pizza parlor,Lounge,also outdoor Bar & Grilles about 3 within just a walking distance.short walk to Pier 14 & THE PAVILION AMUSEMENT PARK.I love this place!
