My friends and I have been visiting Lake havasu since 1993 for the soul purpose of riding jet skis. After making countless trips from Los Angeles my family finally got courious enough to see what all the fuss was about. Shortly there after I decided to buy my first home there. As my father and I were remodeling it and getting it ready to be our beautiful vacation home, we came across this one. Wow!! What an incredible view, big home, pool, hot tub and on one of the largest lots in Lake Havasu City. I suggested we buy it, he agreed. Now there are two destinations that we have to choose from when heading to Lake Havasu (by now you have probably figured out that my whole family is gung-ho about vacationing there). Within 3 months of that home two more relatives partnered with me in the purchase of The Kings View Condo that is the "best address in Lake Havasu". My only hope is that you love Havasu as much as I do.
