We had come out for a race and found this house to stay at. The place is clean and you could not ask for a better location to central Havasu. You are in walking distance or a short drive to everything. Y.L. was very easy to work with and we enjoyed our stay. I would recomend this place to anybody with or with out kids. Thanks Y.L.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

My husband and I and another couple rented this house for 2 months. We had many problems with the house, such as plumbing, electrical and cleanliness. We used our own money and resources to make the necessary repairs. The game room is very dated; the closets in two bedrooms were locked and overall cleanliness was not good. YL also deducted utilities from our deposit, which was not mentioned in the contract. We did not use the pool or hot tub. I would be very wary of dealing with this owner. We will rent through a realtor from this time on. Thanks YL for a lesson learned!

if you are going to havasu to go boating on the lake and if you have kids this is a great house. the listing description of the property, location and pictures are accurate. the house was clean upon arrival and everything was in working order. the property is very close to the lake and launch ramps and everything you need to get ready to go out on the lake is right by the house, gas stations, supermarket, banks and fastfood resturants. the other big pluses are there is plenty of off street parking for your cars, boats, jet skiis and trailors. the gameroom will keep your kids entertained the rest of the night when you get back from the lake. the owner was quick in returning my emails and was very easily to get a hold of. i would definitely recommend this property to my friends or relatives. we all had a blast

My 30th Birthday in Lake Havasu

My friends and I have never experienced Lake Havasu but our one friend goes all the time and raves about it. So a group of us decided to scrap Vegas and celebrate my 30th birthday on the Lake. We found this house online and I was a little sketchy of online scams, but my friends fiancee actually rented from this place before and recognized the name YL. He was very nice and easy to do buisness with over the phone. A couple of us ended up coming a night early and he was easy to work with booking an extra night last minute. There were 15 of us, and we actually all fit comfortably. The couch in the living room pulled out, and one of the couches in the game room pulled out into a futon. (futon a little overused but it sufficed) . It was a little difficult with only 2 bathrooms, but I guess that's expected w/ so many ppl. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked great. The place was nice and clean when we arrived, even had garbage bags and extra diswasher packets laid out. Nice touch:). The location was ideal. Close to London Bridge, grocery stores, marina, fast food places off Lake Havasu ave. Not too loud either. My girlfriend that is a photographer had a frenzy taking pics of the gorgeous view and sunset from the front of the house. The only downsides that I can comment on was the back patio furniture, televisions, and maybe the futon could use some upgrading. The back patio could also use some more light. It was a little too dark for us to enjoy at night. Maybe some twinkle lights would be nice! Would I rent this place again from this owner? DEFINETLY! I was afraid planning this trip would be a huge headache. Everything went smoothly w/ the place and my friends who came from San Diego, LA and Michigan had a blast. It was by far my best birthday ever!

My husband and I stayed at the property and had a wonderful time. It has everything you can want for a long stay. It is decorated beautifully and well equipped. We were looking for some time away from the world and found it at the beautiful property with a privet pool and Jacuzzi, everything you could possibly need to stay and play. Its location was very easy to find and close to everything. The game room is awesome and the property could sleep so many people comfortably. We are thinking of a family reunion in the near future and feel this property would be a great place to have it with the lake close and the large amount of room would lend itself to all types of events. The owner was awesome and easy to work with I would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to have a great time in Lake Havasu.

Tons of room for safe and private parking. Loved the game Room. Everyone had a great time and loved the house!! We will be back for sure!!

Awesome house with a great view!! This house felt like home away from home. Y.L was amazingly cooperative and helped us out tremendously on such short notice!! Stayed there with a group of friends for a 2 night stay, and it was a very spacious home with plenty to do, with having the game room, pool and jacuzzi to be kept occupied and to have a great time. We will make a tradition of going out to Lake Havasu and we will definitely be back to this home. Thanks again Y.L!! :)

All I can say is WOW!!!! This home is by far the nicest place my husband & I have stayed on our many trips to Lake Havasu. It is loaded with all top notch appliances......great gameroom, pool and jacuzzi.....YL is super!!!! We used to stay in Parker but have now found a "new home away from home!!!" I highly recommend this lovely home to anyone looking for a great place to enjoy Lake Havasu at a very reasonable price! Thanks YL......"We'll Be Back"!!! : )

Stayed here for a three day weekend in early Sept 2008 with family. This is a great house, lots of space for everyone, plenty park space for vehicles and "toys". Teenagers loved the gameroom, they could make all the noise they wanted playing "Guitar Hero" Wii and other games and not distuve the rest of the family in the living room. Close to everything. We will return.

My wife Pat and I spent the month of Jan/08 at this location, and were very impressed with the features and quality of this home. We totally enjoyed everything about our time there. The home in located in a private setting, within walking distance to the bridge and other attractions . The view from the house is wonderfull, looking out from many of the rooms onto Lake Havasu.We would most certainly be interested in staying at this home again, as it meet all our expectations, and YL does a great job of pleasing his clients. Stayed here with about 8 friends for a 2 night weekend. Great game room, pool, and lots of space to sleep and hang out. House is close to everything- London Bridge, boat rentals, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Y.L. was also incredibly helpful in arranging the rental for us- even on short notice. Would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my 21st birthday in this house. I had one of the best birthdays I will ever have. It is super close to the London Bridge and the water is so close. It is a beautiful sight. :) I am definitely staying here again. The house was amazing!
