WE JUST COMPLETED A MAJOR REMODEL TO OUR CONDO AND WE KNOW YOU WILL ENJOY. NEW TILE THROUGHOUT LIVING AREA, GRANITE COUNTERTOPS IN KITCHEN, POWDER ROOM AND 2ND BATH. NEW CABINETS IN KITCHEN, POWDER ROOM AND 2ND BATH. YOU HAVE TO SEE THE VESSEL SINK IN THE POWDER ROOM AND THE NEW WALK IN SHOWER IN THE SECOND BATH.(GREAT ADDITIONS) ALSO ALL NEW GE CAFE APPLIANCES IN THE KITCHEN. You have just arrived at Desert Falls Country Club in Palm Desert , CA. This complex has 23 pools that are shared. Our unit is actually between two pools and in close walking distance.( less than 100 feet) The complex also has 15+ tennis courts (most with lights) and a fitness center that again is accessible to the renters. You will also have guest privileges (guest green fees apply) at the Country Club. Also the magnificent club house has a restaurant/bar for your convenience.
Very quiet lower level with retired single upstairs. It has everything you need for your daily enjoyment for a short week stay or a two month escape to teh heat.
Three bedrooms, king in master, queen in second bedroom, and two twin beds in third( also have "AERO" inflatable queen size mattress/bed in third bedroom closet). Large bathroom attached to the master bedroom with bath and shower. Second bath is off of second bedroom. Half bath in hallway.
There are Flat Screen TV's in all the bedrooms.
Enjoy breakfast and or dinner on your private patio overlooking the desert and the Chocolate Mountains. (the mountains in the desert are gorgeous)
All this and the Palm Desert area to boot. You are basically within 30 minutes of almost any of the popular restaurants and shopping options available to you.

Why the Owner Chose Desert Falls Country Club
We purchased this Condo as we wanted a place in the Desert and in a golf community. Desert Falls Golf and Country Club was our choice for the enjoyable golf course and the great members that we have enjoyed meeting. The Club also has a great restaurant and fitness cenetr with lots of tennis courts.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our Condo faces the East and enjoys great morning sunshine with nice shady afternoons. We have 2 pools/hottubs within 100 feet or so to either side of our condo for your choosing.
We have just completed a major remodel to most of the Condo and are sure you will enjoy its comfort.
We are menbers of the Golf Course which will allow you to get on the course as a guest. Also for you tennis players the Club has awesome tennis courts and a complete ftiness center.

MY WIFE AND I PURCHASED THIS CONDO IN 2002 AND BASICALLY GUTTEDTHIS CONDO. EVERYTHING IN THIS CONDO IS NEW. WE HAVE TRIED TO MAKE THIS A VERY COMFORTABLE / ENJOYABLE "HOME AWAY FROM HOME". WE THROUGHLY ENJOY IT OURSELVES WHEN WE CAN. WE ESPECIALLY ENJOY THE PRIVATE, COMFORTABLE, QUIET TIME ON THE PATIO IN THE EARLY MORNING OR THE AFTERNOON.
