We have just concluded our second visit to Desert Falls and this lovely villa. The owners have been extremely gracious in working with our vacation plans and they have provided an accurate description of their unit and location. The unit is very comfortable, well appointed and ideally situated to area activities. The owners take great pride in maintaining a clean and properly functioning unit. We have greatly enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to recommend this villa to our friends.

The condo fits the desert perfectly. Well furnished and stocked with cooking and dining needs, the condo makes one feel at home. Views of the chocolate mountains are excellent. Remodel was very successful with updated appliances. We would recommend this unit to anyone who enjoys a great location in the middle of many things with great views and yet peace and quiet.

We spent most of March 2010 in this beautifully renovated condo. We have stayed several times at Desert Falls and this was by far the nicest unit we have had. We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen and also the patio gas heater, as the nights were often cool this year. The flat screen TVs in each of the rooms, as well as the internet and free long-distance were well used. The owners were most accommodating and communication was excellent. We would certainly recommend this condo and look forward to renting again in the future.

Just returned from our third Thanksgiving spent in this well furnished condo. It's better than ever after the remodel of kitchen, baths and flooring. New living room furniture, recliners and of course the flat screen TV's in all the bedrooms make this perfect for a family stay. We love the lower unit, and the patio with the lovely views. Two swimming pools are close by in either direction. Desert Falls is a great place to stay, and our dinners at the Club House are also very good. The owners are easy to work with and prompt with correspondence.

We have stayed at various properties in Desert Falls for the month of March for 6 years. This is definitely our favorite rental. We especially enjoyed, as others have mentioned, the kitchen (and bar) being well equipped, the flat screen TV's, the free long distance telephone, the use of a computer, the choice of 2 close pools, the patio with a view of the mountains where we had meals and cocktails, and the grassy area where our grandchildren could play. We highly recommend this unit!

February 08 was a great vacation spent at this beaufifulo condo in Desert Falls Country Club. Our hosts provided every convenience from flat screen TV's in each of the 3 bedrooms to a fabulously well stocked kitchen. Having access to the internet was an added bonus as was the much appreciated free North America long distance phone service. We also enjoyed two rounds of golf at Desert Falls for the guest rate. We and our many guests had a wonderful vacation. Thaks again.

My family enjoyed staying in the condo for the month of January 2008.We found the condo attractively furnished,very comfortable and well equipped. I particularly enjoyed the view of the mountains and my daughter and children the nearby pool and hot tub.My husband appreciated the use of the computer to arrange his golf games, and the big screen TV'S for entertainment.We certainly plan to return and would recommend this unit.

Our family of 8 stayed very comfortably for 7 nights. Bill & Brenda the owners, fairly and honestly represented their condo. We have stayed numerous times in the desert in different condos with varying results. With regard to this condo, I recommend it and would stay here again.

MY WIFE AND I PURCHASED THIS CONDO IN 2002 AND BASICALLY GUTTEDTHIS CONDO. EVERYTHING IN THIS CONDO IS NEW. WE HAVE TRIED TO MAKE THIS A VERY COMFORTABLE / ENJOYABLE "HOME AWAY FROM HOME". WE THROUGHLY ENJOY IT OURSELVES WHEN WE CAN. WE ESPECIALLY ENJOY THE PRIVATE, COMFORTABLE, QUIET TIME ON THE PATIO IN THE EARLY MORNING OR THE AFTERNOON. (UNUSUAL IN THE DESERT TO HAVE BOTH) WE HOPE YOU ENJOY!
