You will enjoy your stay at our comfortable cottage home, which is located in the popular Sparrow Pond neighborhood, well known for its breathtaking beauty and close proximity to the beach and the city of Charleston.
Our cottage home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. In one of the rooms is a queen-size bed. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds. There is also a pullout couch. Bath towels and linens are supplied. The newly remodeled kitchen is ready to use, and there is an outdoor gas grille, so all you need to bring is food. Our cottage home also has a washer, dryer, two television sets with cable connection, and wireless internet. The television set in the main living area has a DVD player.

The entire process of renting this cottage was so easy. The owner gave prompt responses to our inquiry. to any questions, and sent detailed instructions on accessing the property. The cottage was just as presented on the rental listing; was clean; well stocked and very livable. Kiawah is a wonderful place to visit.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We have enjoyed staying at this beach house several times in the past. The home is nicely furnished and comes with just about everything you could imagine or need! It is nestled in the woods with just a short walk to the beautiful expansive beach. We like to stop at the swimming pool after spending the day at the ocean. There is even an outside shower if you prefer to rinse off before going in the house. I would highly recommend this cottage if you plan to stay at Kiawah!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.
