This luxury Condominium is fully remodeled. Granite throughout - no detail overlooked! This unit has new tile floors, and is well appointed with a beautiful hawaiiana decor. The bedroom features new furniture to complete that tropical feeling. Enjoy the option of dining out at the best restaurants on Maui (only moments from Wailea) or simply prepare your own meal in the fully furnished kitchen.
Our unit offers a queen-size bed and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. Adjoining the bedroom is the master bath featuring a five-foot walk in glass shower. The guest bath also offers a custom walk in shower. All linens are provided.
To get you started, we supply you with some basic supplies like dish and laundry soap, paper towels and toilet paper. If you arrive and find you forgot something, no need to worry, there are several stores nearby that carry all your favorites.
You will enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the inner courtyard tropical gardens and enjoy your sunsets in the evening. This unit is centrally located-you will be a short walk to the world renown Kamaole Beaches featured in all the top travel guides. Rates $145-$190 based on dates. Holidays may be higher. All rates are based on
double occupancy with each additional person $12/nt/person.
Hawaii Occupancy tax & a $100 cleaning & check-in fee are additional.
$426.04 deposit due to hold dates.(inc.$300 refundable security deposit)
Balance due 90 nts prior to arrival. Bank Checks in USD accepted.
Cancellation Policy: 1 Night charge for ALL cancellations. NO exceptions.
Less than 90 Days, refund will be based on re-rental of unit plus 1 nt charge.

Enjoyed our August 07 Maui trip at this lovely renovated condo. Washrooms & kitchen are beautiful and well equipped. Perfect location on the grounds, close to the pool and barbecue area. Would definately recommend this unit and would rent it again next time we visit Maui.

We stayed in this unit during in April 2007. We absolutely loved it. Beautiful kitchen and well equipped. Beautiful bathrooms. This unit was also very clean. We will definitely rent this next time we visit Kihei.

This is a beautifully upgraded unit with granite countertops and backsplash in kitchen. The washrooms have the latest in sinks and showers. My husband uses a wheelchair and the suite was open and convenient. Ground level with easy access to beach, pool and nearby BBQ's. Nice touches like a spice rack, ice maker and use of beach toys. Definately recommend this unit.

Great unit-fulfilled our needs with a baby being on ground floor and nicely updated. Beautiful garden view and close to BBQs too!
