Our beautiful Carriage home is located in the Colonial Country Club, one of the most beautiful gated communities in Southwest Florida. Our home is beautifully decorated to put a smile on your face. Why the Owner Chose Colonial Country Club
We chose to locate our vacation home on the beautiful Florida Gulf Coast. The purpose of the purchase was to have a family gathering place at beautiful location such as Ft Myers.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
While staying at our condo, we enjoy sitting in the lanai and viewing the exotic birds in the lake/pond directly behind our condo. We walk out of the lanai onto a 2 mile nature trail through beautiful Colonial Country Club. We enjoy access to the fitness center, tennis courts, golf course and multiple swimming pools. We enjoy the many fine eating establishments in the FT Myers area and visits to nearby beach locations such as FT Myers Beach and Sanibel Island.
