This cozy condo is decorated with warm earthy desert colors,new furniture, flat screen televisions and new appliances in the kitchen.
Both master bedrooms, have queen size beds each with its own bath and sliding door access to the patios. The bedrooms are situated at opposite ends of the hallway, offering lots of privacy. The high vaulted ceilings add to the sense of spaciousness you'll experience.
The living room has a sofa that pulls out to a queen-size bed for extra sleeping space, a new flat screen t.v. and a convenient built in bar.
The front patio has a gas grill to BBQ, with direct access into the kitchen. The back patio has your own private gate with direct access to the pool.The perfect place to sit back and relax and enjoy the beautiful mountain views and pool.

Perfect Location!! We have rented this property for the last 2 years and have stayed for a month each time. The property offers everything that is advertised and more!! I would not stay here again and do not recommend anyone staying here. Toilets did not work properly and showers were for people under 5 feet tall. Very outdated.Owner response: Well usually when you say you will only have 6 renters then the owner finds out there were 15 people staying in her home you tend to have problems.

About the owner: My husband and I live in Orange County, and decided to purchase a property in Indian Palms County Club after we had spent a weekend there with some friends. It is 1 1/2 hours away from our home, which is perfect for weekend getaways. It is a very relaxing atmosphere.
Why the Owner Chose Indian Palms:
We chose Indian Palms Country Club because of the resort amenities it has to offer. The golf course is located within the premises, fitness center, pools and a wonderful resturant and bar all within walking distance.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
I love to lounge at the pool that is located right outside of our back patio, but at the same time our back patio is gated and offers privacy.
