Just steps across the lawn is a quiet beach for sunbathing and leisurely walks. The reef protected surf is quite calm year round for swimming, snorkeling with the green sea turtles and other colorful tropical fish and sea life, and other water activities. Just a minute or two walk up the beach is Ali’I Beach Park where during the winter months the first leg of the famous Triple Crown of Surfing Championships is held. Just beyond Ali’I Beach is the Haleiwa Boat Marina. Charter a deep sea fishing trip, rent surf boards, jet skis or a boat, wind surf, or if you’re adventurous, take the shark expedition.
The condo is just minutes from hiking areas, Waimea Falls, golfing, horseback riding, the Dole Plantation and the Polynesian Culture Center, not to mention the other famous surfing areas: Waimea, Sunset and Pipeline beaches.
Historic Haleiwa Town is just a short stroll away where you can browse the boutiques, art galleries, surf shops and local dining establishments and enjoy a shave ice at Motsumoto's Store. Grocery stores and banking facilities round out this quaint town.
