The large heated pool-area features a spa, gas barbecue grilles, and adjacent outdoor eating area with lush landscaping and palm trees all around.

The colony attracts quality congenial guests from all over the western world, many of whom return annually. You can make new friends here. This adult community, over 25 years of age, enjoys swimming, reading, table games, barbecues, picnics, and just relaxing in beautiful surroundings. Two seven-speed cruising bicycles are available at the condo for your use and enjoyment.

Countless good restaurants abound nearby. Your condo is only five minutes from downtown Palm Springs where "people watching" is a favorite sport. Movies, theatre,including the famous "Palm Springs Follies," golf courses, tennis courts, museums, a tram to the mountain top, shopping of every description, casino, street fairs, and much more are available for your entertainment.

    • This past March was my second stay at this clean, comfortable condo. I hope to visit again. The unit is bright and spacious,with great western view of the mountains. The kitchen is well equipped. We usually ate all our meals out on the balcony which even has a ceiling fan for those warm evenings.The complex is well maintained, nicely landscaped and quiet, with a large pool area and BBQ facilities. Great location,---5 min. to downtown, 10 min. to airport. The photos are an accurate portrayal of the facilities and space.

    • Great location. Close to local amenities like Ralph's for groceries and hiking trails at the end of Mesquite. Wonderful well kept complex, gardens and BBQ area. Great pool with shade or sun. Lovely quiet and walkable or cyclable neighbourhood with plenty of street parking. Spacious, clean and well kept condo with fabulous westerly views of the mountains. Excellent balconey for dining and relaxing, accessable from 4 rooms.
