Beautiful mountain home close to many major ski areas situated just a few minutes from downtown Breckenridge and a few minutes from Lake Dillon and Frisco Marina. Our house has a two car garage, four bedrooms and four bathrooms, family room and recreation room, hot tub, and more. We also have wireless internet if you want to bring your laptop!
The first floor has a large kitchen fully equipped for gourmet cooking. Features include hickory floors and granite countertops. The dining room and bartop sit nine comfortably. The family room has a large stone gas fireplace, stereo and television. The powder room is just off the entry mud room. The large outside deck has a hot tub and gas BBQ grill. We even have a swing set for the kids!
The second floor has a large master suite with a king bed, large walk-in closet, five piece bathroom with soaking whirlpool tub, and a television. The second bedroom has a king bed and TV. The third bedroom has two double beds.
The basement has a recreation room with a large screen TV, a large couch, gas fireplace, and a separate kid's play room. The fourth bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, and a laundry room finish the space.

Breckenridge is an annual trip for our family and we have stayed at various other rental homes over the years. We had five adults and three children in our party and this house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen, dining and living room provide a great place for gathering and the bedrooms and basement provide separation when desired. The location of the home is about five miles from Frisco and four from Breckenridge and sits on a very quiet road up the hill from Hwy 9. The home is even nicer than what the pictures reflect and it is fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. There is a playset in the yard for smaller children to enjoy while the adults can watch from the deck while cooking out or just relaxing. The hot tub is also very nice and provided us with relief from sore muscles after our hiking expeditions. The owners were very easy to work with and our overall experience was excellent! We hope to stay in this home again in the future.

The home is just as advertised. We had a excellent stay Aug. 5-9, 2010. The floor plan layout is great. The "large" kitchen has a cooktop counter with seating for 3-4 persons in addition to the adjacent dining room. The bedroooms were spacious, particularly the master suite. We didn't feel this was a rental but borrowing a custom home. The owner was very helpful. Our 2 year old grandson really enjoyed the playset/slide. The lot was large with a lot of pine trees. We also enjoyed the hot tub, gas grill and "firepit" where we roasted marshmellows. The home is adjacent to the golf course and very convenient to downtown Breckenridge. We will definitely go back and highly recommend the home.
