Beautiful mountain home close to many major ski areas situated just a few minutes from downtown Breckenridge and a few minutes from Lake Dillon and Frisco Marina. Our house has a two car garage, four bedrooms and four bathrooms, family room and recreation room, hot tub, and more. We also have wireless internet if you want to bring your laptop!
The first floor has a large kitchen fully equipped for gourmet cooking. Features include hickory floors and granite countertops. The dining room and bartop sit nine comfortably. The family room has a large stone gas fireplace, stereo and television. The powder room is just off the entry mud room. The large outside deck has a hot tub and gas BBQ grill. We even have a swing set for the kids!
The second floor has a large master suite with a king bed, large walk-in closet, five piece bathroom with soaking whirlpool tub, and a television. The second bedroom has a king bed and TV. The third bedroom has two double beds with two trundle beds underneath which sleeps a total of six!
The basement has a recreation room with a large screen TV, a large couch, gas fireplace, and a separate kid's play room. The fourth bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, and a laundry room finish the space.
