This beautiful, 8 years new, Santa Fe style home is surrounded by the Santa Rosa Mountains on three sides and is close to major spas and resorts.

Enter the home through a courtyard with a private swimming pool. The dining area has French doors to the pool area. The large open plan kitchen has plenty of tiled counter tops to prepare your food and the kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to make your stay comfortable. The lounge has ample seating room, a fireplace for those winter evenings, 32" flat screen TV with DVD/VHS player too and French doors leading to the back patio, where a BBQ awaits and there are more tables and chairs to enjoy dinner outside.

The master bedroom has two walk in closets, a sunken bath tub and separate large shower with seat in it (ideal for older people or someone with disabilities). There are also French doors from the master bedroom to the back patio. The other two bedrooms are ample size with walk in closets and there is a laundry room with washer and dryer as well as a second bathroom with tub and shower (combined). The house has gorgeous sawtillo tiles throughout apart from the bedrooms which are fitted with Berber carpet. Ceiling fans are in all the bedrooms and the lounge and dining area. The garage holds two large cars/SUV's easily. The house is almost 1900 square feet.
