This state-of-the-art, brand new home is located right on the beach just steps from the infinity pool. Only 13 miles north of San Jose, this East Cape escape offers all the luxuries of home and much more. Just a 25 minute drive from San Jose, you will be in your own secluded paradise. The main house has three rooms, a master room with the best views in all of the East Cape, and two smaller but equally comfortable rooms downstairs. There is also a rear casita with spectacular ocean views located behind the house.

Casa Kash is gets its power from the sun (solar and a generator). Caretakers Doug and Debby are there to help you with the running of the house and any questions you may have. Jaime Ortiz is the conceriege person who can add to your experience by providing you with professional services. Massage therapy, chef service and even a driver and car can be provided.
This house is great for a family get-away, multiple couples, or those who just want the seclusion of paradise.

The house has central air and individual air in both downstair rooms, Each room has HD Television and Satellite for all your movie and TV needs, The master bedroom has a 42 inch HDTV, downstairs rooms each have 28 inch flat-screens as well, The living room has a 50 inch New HDTV with internet access, and a state-of-the-art surround sound system, The Pool area also has 8 outdoor speakers, Appliances including, Thermidor stove and BBQ, large refrigerator/freezer, blender, coffeemaker, wash & dryer, etc! There is an infinity pool, jacuzzi, lounge chairs, and seating areas on the outdoor patio, All of this with the perfect ocean view, It also includes and outdoor firepit overlooking the ocean, Both bathrooms are very nice and the master has a view to die for with a large bathtub as well, Closet space is plentiful and the master bedroom patio is huge with great lounge chairs as well as a hammock

  • First off, if you like surfing you came to the best spot on the Cape, Just 500 meters away from Shipwrecks you will find one of the best surf spots on the coast, Other spots up the coast are great too! Swimming can be done as nearby as well, For those of you who like to fish, Cabo and the East Cape are hard to beat, Nearby neighbors catch sea bass, Pargo, and rooster fish off the shore line and Charter boats are located only 20 minutes away south before San Jose, Snorkelling, spearfishing are among other great things to do, Only 45 minutes up the coast you will find Cabo Pulmo, A must for snorkelers and divers alike, Baja's only major corral reef is abundant with underwater wildlife, During the months of November to April there is a great chance you will see whales in front of Casa Kash, I have seen them as close as 50 meters off the coast in front of the house, Cabo San Lucas is approximate 45 minutes south and the nightlife can be crazy and fun!
