This beautiful Mediterranean house is the only two story that has direct views of the world class resort style pool and spa. Our house features a downstairs master with jacuzzi style tub and walk-in shower. There is also an upstairs master with private bath making this an ideal home for two families to share. The home has been professionally decorated and has state of the art electronics through-out. There is a wonderful beach feeling that makes this home ideal for a Destin vacation.
Located in the heart of Destin's most desirable area, nearly everything is no more than a bike ride away. The resort-style pool features waterfalls, hot tub, and a barbecue area. Free summertime tram service will be provided between the beach and Destin Commons. The neighborhood is a short 2 block stroll to the beach. This house and neighborhood are maintained in pristine condition, and make for a unique and special vacation destination.

The Unique Benefits at this House
when we are in Destin, we enjoy our little corner of the world. We spend long afternoons on the beach, enjoying the sunsets, and sometimes, even the sunrises! Our home is located directly across from the incredible resort swimming pool. So, it is easy for us to keep an eye on children and grandchildren. We are close to Destin Commons for shopping, movies, and great places to eat. We can even bicycle fom our home to the Publix Grocery store, Barnes & Noble, and the many shops and restaurants that are nearby. Our easy proximity makes our home special, and keeps us out of the traffic!
