Welcome to Murphy's Landing which is a large home on a clear, flow through swimming canal. With 65 feet of seawall and 4.5 feet of control depth even the largest of boats--including sailboats--can be accommodated here!
We are only three minutes to the ocean, only fifteen minutes to Looe Key reef (one of the Key's premiere dive sites), and we have excellent access to the back country as well. Every water activity is easily available. Lush vegetation ensures your privacy.
Our home provides every comfort you might need with four bedrooms, two of which open to the large covered porch which provides great views and refreshingly cool breezes. Each bedroom has a TV, and there are two VCR/DVD players for your enjoyment. All bedrooms have easy access to one of the 3 and a half bathrooms. There are 3 queen beds and a full bed for which all linens are provided. All linens, appliances and cookware are nearly new.
For the convenience of larger groups there are two complete kitchens and family rooms. The family rooms open to the screened porch which is a wonderful place for meals. Everything is clean, clean, clean. Our home is centrally located at mile marker 25 on the ocean side. Bahia Honda State Park, with its world famous beach, is only twelve minutes away.
Marathon has a rejuvenated Sombrero Beach and is only twenty-five minutes away. Key West, with its shops, eateries, and activities is equally close. Several dive shops and fishing services are within ten minutes drive. Boat rental is available both on Summerland key and nearby. Many fine restaurants are also very close.
