This beautiful, two bedroom, two bath townhome has all the comforts of home, plus the southern Florida sunshine. The great room has a two-story ceiling and opens to the dining area. Sliding glass doors open to a covered, screened-in patio, and two open patios. It has a completely furnished eat-in kitchen. Both bedrooms have king beds and full baths. It is located in PGA National, near lots of golf courses, great beaches at Jupiter, Juno, Singer Island, and Palm Beaches. It is in a gated community. It has great walking and biking paths. There is great shopping at the Gardens Mall, City Place, Palm Beach, and Boca. PGA National Resort has five championship golf courses, an Internationally renowned spa, tennis club, restaurants, pool, and hot tubs. There are lots of clubs and nightlife.
You will enjoy this beautiful area in sunny, southern Florida.

Why the Owner Chose Palm Beach Gardens
We always loved staying at the PGA National Resort and Spa in Palm Beach Gardens. The golf courses are wonderful. The area is safe, beautiful, fun and relaxing. So we bought this town home 1 mile away from the hotel. There are wide sidewalks for walking. There are so many great restaurants. It is for all ages. You will love it, also.

I would highly recommend this townhome to anyone wanting a very well maintained, spotless and spacious vacation get away. It is in an ideal location with restaurants and beach near by. The owner was very helpful and prompt when we were seeking information. There are great areas to run and walk throughout PGA National. We went to a nearby LA Fitness within 2 miles. Everything we possibly needed was in the townhome. I am ready to go back!!!! Although we are not golfers-the course was beautiful!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

This was the perfect condo for our family vacation! The location was very convenient to shopping, restaurants, beach, etc. The layout of the unit gave us lots of comfortable space to accommodate the children & adults in our family, and room to visit with our Florida family as well. Everything was in good condition, very comfortable, and very well equipped. There were plenty of towels, chairs for outdoors, a pack-n-play, bikes, etc. The large development is great for walking and the pool is right around the corner. We spent a lovely morning at MacArthur's Park on the beach - only a short drive from the condo. The owner was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

My wife and I stayed during the Christmas week 2006, the unit was fully equiped, very well kept and clean. The PGA area is close to all you would need or want to do in S. Fla. At the rate quoted this was a great choice. Would highly recommend for up to 2 couples.

If you want a totaling relaxing getaway, this is the place! Beautiful environment, very comfortable accommodations with more privacy and space than even the nicest hotels in the area. It's PARADISE!
