Things to do include snow skiing, snow boarding, mountain biking, snow mobiling, Durango to Silverton railroad, Mesa Verde National park, soaring in the trees, and many more activities out your door.

Year Purchased: 2006

I've lived in So. California pretty much my whole life. Have a construction business here and also a streetrod business. Currently living in So. California Wine Country, Temecula and can't wait to make the move to the Durango area full time someday.

Why the Owner Chose Durango

Love the Durango area. Saw the need for a very nice rental property in the area. Looked around alot of the rentals when I was purchasing. Couldn't find a really nice place that I would like to stay at. So I purchased, remodeled, furnished, and now there is a very nice place to stay in Durango.

The Unique Benefits of this Condominium

Lot's of room, the beauty of the views from the condo. Can't say enough about the room . It's hard to find a home or a condo with this kind of square footage 2200sq. ft.. I always hated when you go on vacation and you feel like everyone is on top of each other. Close to skiing.

    • This is an awesome "home away from home"! From the moment we opened the front door to this beautifully decorated and comfortable home, we were planning to return. We spent seven nights and days relaxing and enjoying the spectacular views of the Durango area. There are so many great restaurants and so much to do here. This is a "must stay here" home!!

    • Unbelievably perfect accommodations in every way. We spent our Christmas vacation in this condo that was more than we expected. The decor was tastefully done, warm, cozy, stunning and very spacious. They sure were right when they said the view was "to die for". It was spectacular!! There was so much to do and see in so little time. We only spent 4 nights but next time (soon) we will extend our stay. A perfect holiday, from skiing, snow boarding, shopping and restaurants all so very close and the people were so friendly and receptive. Thanks for a fantastic winter holiday.
