Lucky us!! Two whole months in this lovely bungalow in beautiful San Clemente. Every day walks along the beach - couldn't be better. Restaurants and fun shopping close by. The property was perfect for us - in excellent shape. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive to our every need.

Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week in this 5 star home! The furnishings were lovely and the kitchen was fully furnished for a lovely dinner. This home is so close to downtown San Clemente and we felt so at home in the lovely neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly and we loved sitting out on the front porch with a glass of wine watching life go by. This clean, bright and sunny home was the perfect get-a-way for us and we can't wait to return. The downtown has great restaurants and the library has a great used book store! The pier has a great restaurant for seafood and a view of the many surfers. This felt like home!! Book fast! Nancy & John

(Remember the movie with Robert Young and Jane Wyman?) It has apersonality of it's own: Warmth, delight, coziness, friendliness, cheerfulness. I believe you and Scott put a lot of love into it. I loved being back herte to reunite with San Clemente and the many years I enjoyed living here. Thank you for helping me revisit a happy place.

It was ideally located for us to visit our son in Lake Forest. San Clemente is aloso a super place with all that we needed and not too overpowering. 'Hope to visit you again.

i stayed here while i was working at songs power plant from 9/27til12/7 and was very happy with my accomadations ,it is close to many restaurants,shopping and the pier.i would recomend staying here to anyone who likes to walk to breakfast lunch or dinner. breakfast at the red fox bar was my favorite as i worked night shift and they have a restaurant next door with a pass thru window and they have several specials from breakfast to lunch to choose from at 6:00 am try a #4,2 eggs chicken fried steak hash browns toast and a bloody mary ,tell ray scott from florida said hi. for lunch try a burger at dukes ,very good ,for dinner mexican at agave accrost the street (el camino real)from dukes.nancy the owner of the apartment was very nice and pleasant to have for a landlord and i thank her again for letting me stay at her place because i was so comfortable and happy to stay at a fully equipt apartment for less than i would have paid for a motel room in the area.

Your home has a wonderful feel! My 12 yeat old said he could "stay here forever". I think we all feel that way. We loved bike riding in both Dana Point and here along the Tresles path. My husband and I just returned from Nancy's beach bungalow and we had a wonderful time. The place is ultra clean, the bed is comfy and the place is charming and in a fabulous location, 3 blocks from the San Clemente Pier. My family and I totally enjoyed staying at this wonderfull vacation rental. It is exactly what the description and the pictures depict. Even though it is only a one bedroom the couch in the living room easily sleeps 2 adults. The owner was very nice, helpful and understanding. We liked staying here so much that we are planning on booking it again for our next vacation!

I spent November and December 2008 in this clean, comfortable, cosy bungalow. It is ideally located - 10 minutes walk from both the beach (pier) and the main shopping area. It has a private garage and is on a bus route (every 30 minutes) with connections to shopping centers and other coastal towns. the owner Nancy is accessible and very helpful. I felt completely at home and would highly recommend it.

My husband and I stayed here recently, Sept 2007. What a charming bungalow-extremely clean, especially the bathroom which is important! Comfy bed, comfy couch-big TV. Not that you'd watch it much b/c this house is about a 5 minute walk down to the gorgeous San Clemente beach. We had plans to drive down to San Diego but ended up on the beach more days than not! There is a washer/dryer in the back of the place, chairs for lounging on the beach and beach towels. Also a cute little front porch with a bistro table-nice for relaxing in the late evening with a nice bottle of wine. Great restaurants within walking distance: La Gallette Creperie, El Ranchito (YUMMY MARGARITAS!!!), Beach Fire, Selmas...you won't go hungry! Also easy to hop on the Pacific Coast Highway from El Camino Real. Also great shopping within walking distance! You can't beat the rates on this bungalow. Thanks Nancy!!!

Very comfortable accommodations, friendly neighbors & easy access to beach, shopping, freeways, etc. Nancy was lovely to work with & our deposit was returned before we got off of our return flight! Please note that the wireless internet card that is in the unit is not compatible with Macs.

Owner response:We have since gone to wi-fi so guests can use any laptop anywhere in the bungalow. It's included in your rental price, of course.

I loved this bungalow. I was very comfortable staying there and it had a nice homey feel to it. A one car garage so there are no parking problems and big screen T.V. and a short walk to the beach. Stayed at this property during easter 2007 for 2weeks, the photos dont do it justice, its brilliant. We totally loved our time here and found the villa perfect for our 2week break in gorgeous San Clemente. Walking 4mins down the road to the pier most evenings, watching the sunset, chillin on the beach and eating at the Fishermans resturant, great great great. Also the main shopping strand in San Clemente is charming, close enough to walk, and has everything you could need. Nancy made our stay so easy and was extremely helpful. Will definately be considering going back and staying here again!!
