Areas that can be used all year include one bedroom down stairs with a full bath attached and a bedroom upstairs with twin beds also with an attached bathroom. Other bedrooms and sleeping porches can be used in early fall/late spring.
Use of the dock available with the rental. Close to shopping, nature trails, biking trails, golf, tennis, and boat rentals.

Year Purchased: 1920
Our cottage at beautiful Gull Lake has been in the family for 5 generations. It is enjoyed by our entire family all summer and we would love to share it with others anytime after the Labor Day weekend until the middle of May. So please contact me to set your dates! Fall is a wonderful time to enjoy all that southwest Michigan has to offer! There are fantastic golf courses only minutes away!

The Unique Benefits of this Lake Cottage
The lake is spectacular for boating and fishing. We love watching the sunsets and the sailboat races from our screened front porch. Many hours of card games are also enjoyed there. Golf courses are minutes away. It is a very comfy place to relax and not have to worry about being "fancy" at all.
