Nothing less than perfect!

Guest: Trish (White Cloud, MI)

My husband and I spent our 27th wedding anniversary at the cottage, and it truly surpassed our expectations. Mac's attention to even the small details had us in awe during the entire visit. We have stayed at large waterfront resorts and small beach side facilities as well, and this was our best experience yet. If you love to go to sleep and wake up to the sound of the surf just at the edge of your lawn, you will love this cottage as much as we did. The sunrises with hot cocoa in hand are spectacular, rivaled only by watching the moon over Lake Huron while sharing a glass of wine fireside on the cottage's beach. We left with the cottage in our hearts and a promise to return.

The cottage is absolutely wonderful and very well maintained! My family spends one or two weeks here every year for the perfect rest. The lake views are fabulous and it is one of only a few cottages in this area with a beautiful sandy beach. It's on a very quiet street and a short distance to town where there are grocery stores, restaurants, a small movie theater and lots of other stores to kick around in. The owner is GREAT to work with. She makes sure we have everything we need and more! Be sure to bring your bikes!!

Great Getaway!

Guest: Pam (Auburn Hills)

I spend a weekend here with some friends and had the best time! We were able to walk the shoreline, had a campfire and watch the waves come in with a cup of cocoa in the morning. There is so much to do, so close to the city, able to shop in cute unusual stores, buy groceries and had many restaurants to chose from when we went to dinner.

Great Escape

If you need some R & R this is the place. We stay here for 3 weeks every year for part of September and October. "The Cottage" is immaculate! The view is beautiful! The surrounding area has great shopping and sightseeing. It's like taking a step back in time where people are glad to see you and the pace peaceful.
