Great house. Very convenient location-- near the beach and shopping. Rented a golf cart which made it even easier. Having the pool was a good addition and John Tegeler was very accessible and called during the week to make sure everything was going OK. The weather didn't cooperate but it was still a good time. Would definately consider renting the "Breathe Easy" again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

"The Breathe Easy" is a lovely home, with a touching story behind its name, a nice view of the ocean, and is just a short walk to the beach. Our family was very comfortable during our stay and the home was equipped with almost everything one would need. The house sets on a quiet street corner close to a grocery store, several restaurants, and a variety of other shops. The owner couldn't have been nicer to do business with on the phone and by email. This was a great beach getaway home for us.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This house was great! Open floor plan in kitchen and den allowed for an inclusive atmosphere for the whole family. The pool is a great size! The location to the beach was outstanding and we had a VIP view for the Fourth of July fireworks right from the upstairs balcony! Owner was friendly, approachable, and accommodating! Would definitely recommend this house to others!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

Perfect home for our vacation. The house looks exactly as it does in the pictures. The property was clean and very well maintained. An extremely close walk to the beach with a great, private heated pool. The pool man came every day to ensure it was clean and orderly. The house is in a somewhat residential area so we weren't too bothered by the young spring breakers. The location was also in golf cart and walking distance to the grocery stores and a short drive to the down town area. We had four adults, four children and an infant stay in the home. It was big enough for everyone to have their own space when needed and also enjoy lots of time making wonderful memories together. We highly recommend this property to responsible people looking for a great vacation with family and friends.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed at this house a few years ago, and it was a perfect vacation. We had 6 children, and 10 adults, and never did we feel cramped, or in each others way. One of my most memorable vacations ever! The owners of the house are extremely nice and eager to answer any questions you may have. They really want you to have a great vacation in their home. I have recommended this house to everyone I hear planning a trip to the Myrtle Beach area.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Spent a wonderful weekend at the Breathe Easy with girlfriends. The weather was great, the accomodations could not have been better. This house could not have been more perfect! Everything we needed to be comfortable was in this house. The pool is awesome, we used it everyday. The location of this house could not be any better. Just a short walk to the beach and you could even walk to the IGA Grocery store. This will now be the house we rent year after year. No more searching for the "PERFECT" house because this is it.
