We loved our long weekend getaway in this beautiful home! It was perfect for our family of 5, with much room to spare! The house was clean & lovely and had all the comforts of our own home. We enjoyed lounging in the Adirondack chairs and on the swing in the back yard & had plenty of room to toss the baseball as well. The gorgeous beach was a short easy walk from the house and shopping and restaurants were just minutes away by car. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to another visit in our future! Thank you for sharing your home!

Home is clean, well-equipped and spacious. Neighborhood is quiet, a short walk to nice beaches. Living room has lots of light, comfortable couches and a nice TV -- perfect for Thanksgiving morning parade-watching. Ping pong was a nice extra for the kids. Highly recommended!

Our family had a great time in early fall..... beautiful place with ALL you could want. We especially liked the open kitchen area and the kids could be downstairs or in sunroom...three distinct areas of gathering. The outside deck and yard were super...swing was a hit with grandchildren. Enjoyed exploring several locations on the Cape and the sunsets on the beach were a real highlight.

This is a perfect home for a great getaway to the Cape. We stayed from Thursday-Sunday, and plan on coming back next year, for at least a week. The house has everything you could possibly need. The pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous. The location is great. The private beach is breathtaking. Loved Momo's and Salty Lou's. Highly recommended, just not when we want to stay!!!

We had a wonderful vacation at this comfortable home in East Sandwich. The house was spacious and inviting and is even bigger in person. My husband and I found it clean and cozy and my 2 year old daughter had a blast at the private beach. The area is beautiful and the house is nicely secluded on a private street. We would stay here again.

We were very pleased with our recent stay at the above house. The house is well maintained and the cleaning service left everything spotless. This house was even better than what the pictures show. There is plenty of room and the furnishings are better than we expected for a vacation property. Rhonda was very helpful with information and tips; the package she sent us ahead of time gave us many ideas about what to do. There is additinal information in the house about things that are happening around Sandwich; I just wish we had found it earlier. We have spent many vacations on the Cape but this was the first time we stayed in Sandwich. We found the area quite different from the mid-Cape area we usually go to. If you are looking for a place to go and relax, this is it. We definitely recommend this area and, especially, this property.

We loved the house. It is nice and clean, and it was big enough for the 7 of us (5 adults, 2 children). There are lots of fans in the house and they were useful on the hot days. The two main TVs were really appreciated during the Olympics. The kids played ping-pong often or watched TV downstairs (many kids channels), while the adults relaxed in the living room or outside on the deck. The WiFi Internet connection worked very well and it is a plus. The outdoor shower was a very good thing, especially for the kids after a few hours at the beach (it helped keep the sand outside!). The BBQ works very well, is easy to clean and heats quickly. We all enjoyed the private beach and used the chairs available in the shed. It really is an ideal place to relax since it is never crowded. The kids loved to play in the sandbar (at low tide). The neighborhood is also very quiet and Rhonda made sure that we were all set to have a great time in Cape Cod. Thank you Rhonda for all your attention and the infos about what to see and do in Cape Cod!

We had a wonderful week at this vacation home! It is in a great location, north of 6A and it was a pleasure not having to deal with traffic from route 28. There were four adults and two children under the age of three who stayed in the house, which was clean, adorable, and comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and stocked with many items you could use to cook and bake with. We frequently utilized the outdoor shower and swing. The neighborhood was pretty and quaint. The private beach was not crowded. It does have some rocks, but there was a nice sandbar during low tide that the kids enjoyed playing on. We also appreciated being able to use the washer and dryer, so we did not have to return with loads of laundry to do, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and vacation week.

We stayed here with our friends for a moms/daughters short vacation to the Cape, and loved every minute here. The house was extremely clean, kitchen was roomy enough for all 7 of us. Outdoor shower was a huge hit with the 7 year olds. The private neighborhood beach was perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets--the kids loved hanging out there at night. We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I had a wonderful time here. It was extremely peaceful and relaxing. We felt like we were at home in the house. Everything we needed to cook, clean, relax was there in its place. Downstairs was the Ping pong table which was an addition which was great fun. You can walk to the beach or drive. Its a beatiful clean private beach. Location is great. There are good restaurants, coffee shops, miniature golf all within a few mile radius. Sandwich center is about 5 miles away and has some nice things to see. Its a very nice area close to the Bridge so you don't have to get caught in the Cape traffic. There's some Historical sights nearby. We drove to Plymouth, about 20 minutes, which has a lot to offer. Its an ideal place for a family or couple to visit. The owner does a great of keeping things nice with brochures and maps of the area. She was helpful informing me of the restaurants nearby and other things to do. We ate at Amari's which was about 3 miles away. This was recommended by the owner. We were very happy we found this house when we did and actually look forward to coming again possibly next year or even this fall. I can highly recommend renting this house. Cape Cod is beatiful and this is a great area to stay in Cape Cod.

Very updated and well kept, nice and clean. Better than we anticipated, Would definitely rent this place again. This is truely a very relaxful and homey place. Excellent aviance and a wonderful place to get away from the rest of the world and truely unwind. We didn't have any kids with us just girls getting away from everything, but if you did have kids lots to do in the summer time. We choice spring because we wanted to enjoy the privacy of the beach and the weather was perfect for that in the mid 60"s and sunny everyday. This is a great place for girlie week and a place to let your hair down and enjoy the peace and tranquiity and the WINE.

My family of four (two adult children and parents) had a lovely time at this house. It is well-appointed, spacious, comfortable, neat, and immaculate. The owner responds to inquiries quickly and was very helpful. It's a wonderful location for the beach and for walking. All the communal living areas are quite large. We had a great time and can highly recommend it to anyone interested in a Cape Cod rental.

We have rented this property for 2 years with 2 other parties. We have all enjoyed our time at this property. It is clean with all amenitites and reasonably priced. Everything is included except bed linens and towels. There are TVs in all the bedrooms and internet and telephone are included as well. The beach is very close as is shopping and restaurants. We plan to rent again this year and expect to enjoy it just as much as in the past.

Our family spent a fun filled week in this well maintained, extremely well equipped and comfortable home this past July. Our grandchildren loved playing in the beautfiully landscaped yard and walking to the beach to build sandcastles. This home is located near wonderful restaurants, shops, golf courses and historical sites in Sandwich. I highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone seeking a perfect retreat on Cape Cod. We look forward to our next summer vacation in this home.

My friends and I spent a long weekend on the Cape at this beautiful home. We had a great time playing ping pong in the basement, making meals together in the spacious kitchen, grilling pineapples and making s'mores on the grill outside, and lounging at the private beach, which was a less than 10 minute walk away. Though there were only 1.5 indoor bathrooms (not including the outdoor shower, which a friend said was really relaxing), the house comfortably slept 8 people. The owner responded to emails quickly and was really great about making recommendations about where to eat and other things to do in the area; she even sent brochures about Martha's Vineyard when I inquired about making a day trip there. Overall, we all enjoyed our weekend escape from the city; I'd highly recommend booking this place!

A little piece of heaven in East Sandwich. I visited with 3 of my quilting buds in April. The house has an awesome setup for quilting getaways. It is located near all the shops a quilter or crafter would need or want to visit. The home is very comfortable. Great walks to the beach and thru the dunes. Decor is right on the money for myself and friends. We will be visiting again very soon.

Our family of four stayed here for five days in April 2011 and found the house to be perfect for our needs. The property fully meets the listing description, and the owner was responsive and easy to deal with. We would certainly consider renting it again when we return to the Cape.

The home was nice and it was clean when we arrived. The owner was very detail-oriented and provided accurate information. There were a few small inconveniences - we had to provide our own linens, towels, toilet paper, etc - but we knew this upfront. The kitchen was updated, spacious, and well-equipped. The house is about a five minute walk from the beach.

Owner response: There's always a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, dish detergent, cleaners, and a roll of paper towels for guests. My conversations with my renters always stress that they need to bring their own linens, towels, food, paper products, etc. This is also written in my packet of information sent to each renter. It's listed in "what to bring." I also include a document called, "house inventory list." If the renter is from out of state or the country, we then discuss my providing sheets and towels if they aren't able to bring them.

We have vacationed at this house for the last 7 years. Originally we only came for 1 week now we enjoy 2 and are hoping to some year be able to have the luxury of maybe 3 or 4. Thru the years my children and husband and I have made some friends here that we look forward to spending time with. The owners have provided everything you may need to enjoy a nice stay. The house is always spotless and well maintained. The location is perfect. You can drive into Sandwich center to visit the shops or grab a bite to eat, or take a short ride to Hyannis where you will find alot to do. We are counting the days now till our vacation. I highly recommend this rental either during the summer or off season, you will NOT be disappointed.

I have enjoyed many weekend getaways at this home in East Sandwich, and I can't imagine a more beautiful home, located in a quiet neighborhood and only a short walk away from the private beach. The house is bright, sunny, and spacious with all the comforts of home. The owners put a lot of time and effort into making your stay as comfortable as possible, and go above and beyond what most rental property owners provide for their renters. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen/dining area has a large island in the middle which accommodates a large family/friends, the skylight allows the sunlight to stream in, and the cupboards are stocked with all the amenities you could possibly need. The living area/tv room has plenty of seating for everyone, and overlooks the private, spacious back yard. As an added bonus, the entire basement has been beautifully finished, providing a great place for children and teens to play games and enjoy their own space. Everyone loves the outdoor shower! It's great after coming home from a day at the beach, and keeps the sand outside! We enjoy the private beach just a short walk away. With a private parking pass, you're assured a parking space, and avoid the long waiting lines at other beaches. The beach is never overcrowded, and the views are magnificent. We love walking along the trails through the tall beach grass at one end of the beach where we discover a wide variety of seashells. The sunrises and sunsets take your breath away! The village of Sandwich has several boutiques, art galleries, gift shops and restaurants that promise unique items that you can rarely find anywhere else. You can drive along Rt. 6A and stop into shops ranging from artistic hand-blown glass to stylish women's fashion. Several restaurants are only a short drive away, ranging from gourmet dining to a casual pizza place. The town of East Sandwich is conveniently located a short distance from the Sagamore bridge, so traffic is minimal. I highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation in charming Cape Cod!

The thought of spending 5 weeks in a hotel while working on a temporary project on Cape Cod was not a thrilling prospect. So when I decided to try VRBO.com as an alternative, I found property #102224. I was ecstatic. What a great house in a super location. It fit our needs perfectly and the owner could not have been a better hostess!! I cannot recommend this property highly enough. And, it was the off-season with weather not suitable for anything much. I can only imagine how great this spot would be in the summer. Don't hesitate, rent it now before the good dates are gone!!

This home is ideal for our family of 5 travelers, including a young teen. With two bedrooms (with multiple beds) on one side of the home, and a large master on the opposite side of the home, the set-up is ideal. The house is always spotless, and feels spacious, relaxing, and peaceful. The finished basement is such a bonus if you are traveling with children. The neighborhood setting is private and quiet, yet very convenient to beach activities, excellent restaurants, and the quaint shops of Sandwich. The owner is accommodating, helpful, and an excellent communicator. I can’t imagine a better place to stay on Cape Cod. We are former residents of this beautiful town, and this property is ideal for our return visits to see friends and family. My family and I highly recommend this lovely home that is tastefully decorated and smartly laid out. We can’t wait for our return visit later this summer!

We 65+ers found all the comforts of home here--plenty of space, exactly as advertised, beautiful back yard with a variety of critters running through, handy to shopping, restaurants, points of interest, historical sites--at least everything in which we were interested. The hostess was blessedly flexible and fair, even leaving recipes when we inquired regarding local cuisine. She left plenty of material on points of interest and suggestions for sight-seeing and excursion opportunities. We particularly relished the drive to the very tip of Cape Cod where we investigated the various lighthouses, as well as a whale-watching excursion and a trip to the Sandwich Glass Museum. We would recommend this beautiful, clean, well-maintained, commodious property to anyone looking for a home away from home.
