We can offer a select few a most excellent lifestyle. We have all of the same amenities as the large assisted living facilities on a small personal level.
We have two large, light and bright, ground level handicapped access,queen bedroom suites. All resort quality linens are provided. Laundry service is included, even personal clothing. We include three healthy and delicious meals and two snacks daily. Fine dining and really good food is a large part of our day. Everyone congregates for lovely meals. There is a shared kitchenette stocked with food and drink of your choice. We have a luxurious van that seats seven. The van has butter soft leather interior and large viewing windows. Chauffeur service is included. We have designated days for appointments and activities. The van goes out daily. We'll pick you up at the airport.
Merritt Island has everything you could want in a close proximity. Cape Canaveral Hospital is only 5 miles away. Doctors and specialists are throughout this area. Restaurants, movies, shopping, even the cruise ships are just over the bridge. The Orlando Int. Airport is less than an hour away. The weather is mostly 75 - 85 degrees most of the year.
Our house is on a canal in Sykes Creek. We live in a wildlife sanctuary. Sit on the dock and watch the mannatee and dolphin play in the canal. The water is bubbling with fish. Fish off the dock. Charlie, the neighborhood great gray heron will welcome any fish you care to give up. You will see pelicans, herons, ospry and so many other types of birds. This is a bird watchers dream. Swim in the heated screened in pool. Daily classes for arthritis, cardiovascular and hydrotherapy are offered. We have a personal massage therapist come to the house. We take pride in our house. This is a family business. We respect and revere our elders. We will treat you the way we want to be treated. Hospitality is the art of making others feel welcome, comfortable and at home. It's the talent of spreading warmth and kindness that will be remembered always. You will not get better service. We can assist in whatever you may need. Our yard is my husbands pride and joy. Sit under a coconut palm and let the warm breeze off of the water kiss your skin. This is a tranquil setting. This part of florida is so great. Short term rentals available. Get out of the cold. As a geriatric specialty nurse, owner/operater you will receive the best care possible. We are a small family home business. You will receive personal care with the same people daily.
