  Amazing trip! I brought my husband to this condo as a last-minute surprise 1-day getaway. We live in Columbia so this location is ideal, only about 50 minutes from home. The owner couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant to talk to, she is the greatest! We arrived to the condo expecting it to be smaller than the pictures... well I was wrong! There is plenty of room, with beautiful décor, and it was clean as a whistle. I couldn't think of anything she could possibly do differently in this condo, she truly has thought of everything. From the balcony you overlook the beautiful pool, grill area, boat dock, and an amazing view of the lake. We went fishing in the morning and had quite an experience - I left my pole on the pier for a minute to turn around, and before I knew it... a huge fishy got hooked and took my whole perdy pink rod with him to the bottom!!! haha But even when we were short 1-pole we still had a great time and loved working with this owner. We plan on coming back many many times in the future and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Look no further!!! Thanks again Pam!

  This was our 2nd trip to Santee for golf....first time in this unit....it was so comfortably decorated and had everything we needed...8 chairs on porch so all 4 couples gathered there in the morning for coffee and in the evening for drinks while enjoying the amazing view of the lake. So many wonderful small touches that made it feel like the owners were pleased to share their little bit of heaven with us!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

  My family and I spent a week during the Christmas holiday in this unit. The unit is very well kept and adequately furnished with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The view from the deck is beautiful and overlooks the pool and the lake on which the property is situated. Pam was extremely responsive throughout the entire ordeal and was very accommodating -- even making arrangement for us to gain entry into the property upon our arrival well after midnight. I have already recommended this property to family and friends and will make every attempt to use it for my future vacation needs. Thanks PAM! You Rock!

  Great weekend! Condo so beautiful, clean, quiet and comfortable. My husband caught a huge catfish. He has already said he wants to back. We didn't want to leave. Pam was so prompt with all communication. So glad we stayed in this condo than where we originally planned to stay.

  We have stayed at several condos throughout the years along the eastern coast, from Virginia to Florida, but this is the first time that an owner has given full use of their personal items. There is usually a locked closet for the owners. Pam had everything you could possibly want or need to use for the week. The photos were accurate. The condo was clean and spacious. Everything worked and was labeled. The elevator was down when we arrived and when notified, Pam contacted maintenance and it was working the next morning. The boardwalk was great to fish from. I would recommend this property to anyone and from someone that NEVER goes to the same place twice, my husband and I are planning a fall trip when the weather is cooler and the fish may be biting better. Thanks again Pam.

The owners closet if full of items that you would normally bring if you had the space ...like noodles and lounging mats for the pool.   We enjoyed a great weekend at this condo at Ballards Pointe. We were close to the pool and Lake Marion just like the pictures show. We met family there and rented another condo for them. The owner was helpful with making our arrangements. This is a great place to relax. We'll be back next year!

  We found Pam's condo through this website and did not know her ahead of time. We decided to rent from her based on the pictures posted, her professionalism and response to all of our questions. We were travelling to Santee with our two young boys (21 months old and 3 1/2 yrs old) to see family. My husbands parents stayed with us one night. There was plenty of room. The balcony was one of our favorite spots to sit and relax. My boys played with their cars on the balcony. This condo is as beautiful as the photos indicate. The location within the complex is perfect - beautiful views, next to the elevator, easy to get to the pool and to the boardwalk near the lake. Pam was extremely accommodating (allowing us to check in early, checking with the condo association to make sure the pool was ready for us to use,etc.). We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our boys loved the pool...the water was cold as it was early in the season...but it was 85 degrees+ most of the time. The maintenance people were very friendly. Pam labelled everything in the condo so it was easy to get comfortable quickly. We had a great time and would not hesitate to rent the condo again!
