The private villa built in 2004 offers the look and feel of an impressive single family dwelling. The villa is located in the River Club in a private gated community in Grand Haven (on intracoastal waterway) around a magnificent 18 hole, 72-par Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course.
Full golf privileges (same as full golf member)are extended with NO daily green fees (normally $80 to $100) Cart fee $20.00. Full country club membership offers some of the finest resort-style amenities in the area in addition to championship golf: Jr. olympic-sized swimming pool, tennis, state-of-the-art fitness center, restaurants, walking (along intracoastal waterway) and biking trails, etc. See Grand Haven Community website link below.
The 2000-square-feet villa has been professionally decorated in Ernest Hemmingway style and includes two bedrooms, two baths, living room, dining room, den and screened-in patio overlooking the preserve. As you enter the foyer, you are greeted by 20-foot high ceilings and 18-inch tiled floors. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with upgraded appliances including a side by side refrigerator, glass top stove, dishwasher, microwave and double stainless steel sinks. The open dining room will accommodate up to ten.
Living room is furnished with two mustard colored leather couches with wildlife accessories. Master bedroom has triple dresser with queen-size, four-poster bed and a computer cabinet. The oversized master bath has his and her sinks. Second bedroom has queen size bed with elephant style dresser and adjacent full bath. Two car attached garage. Entire villa is furnished in light pine or oak designer furniture and contains original paintings and sculpture. This is my second home not a normal rental property.
