Sage House - Nestled on, what had been an undiscovered piece of land - until a Swiss Officer discovered it when he beached his boat at Thompson Cove. Built with the integrity and appointments of a five - star hotel... Asian woods, French Marble, and Columbian cut glass.
Live your dream by rolling down the hill to the beach or relaxing on the wind swept wrap around porch. Comb through the pictures and see the wide open living space, cathedral ceilings, stainless and marble kitchen, private master suite with stunning glass shower for two.
Plus guest room and bath with sunken tub, entertainment center, and a library of DVDs and books.
Dock your boat on the adjoining canal and stroll the quiet lanes in privacy, just as the original designer and architect of Sage House did when he first set foot on this special point in Provo. Walk to the very private beach.
Sage House is only minutes away from Provo’s best restaurants, spas, and shopping, with easy access to scuba diving, bone and deep-sea fishing, boat excursions to neighboring islands and uninhabited cays. How about a round of golf on Provo's 18-hole championship golf course, voted one of the top 10 in the Caribbean, explore deserted beaches off the beaten track and many more attractions and adventures the Turks and Caicos Islands have to offer.

The time we spent on TCI- both outside and inside- were very special. The 50th Birthday of my "dear second half" and she will remember this trip for a very long time. We have seen many things, and many wonderful places on this planet, but TCI is one of most charming ( for us), and Sage House gave us the feeling of cosy nest after "busy" days on the beaches

It's been a little over a week, but I wanted to send my thanks for renting your home to us! It was beautiful, and the pictures on VRBO were real! They looked too pretty to be true when we were in the planning stage. Tito was great to meet us, and drive us around the first day. Dane did a great job with the mid-week clean and everything was in place when we arrived. Our vacation was restful and your beach chairs, beach towels and the small cooler got alot of use! :) That was all we needed for the week! We found the Chalk Sound area to be so pretty and calmer when the wind was blowing so hard on the beach at Grace Bay. Also enjoyed the restaurant there. Thanks again! And best wishes to you!

Just thought we would email you to thank you for allowing our family to rent Sage house.Your beautiful Sage House was everthing we thought it would be and more. We enjoyed the spectacular views, breezes and candlelight dinners from your amazing wrap-around porch. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. We appreciated the extra little touches and certainly enjoyed the privacy of the location.Tito meeting us at the airport proved to be very helpful and Dane was a great tour guide! As well Tito & Dane took us out for a wonderful day of boating, snorkling & sightseeing. The restaurant recommendations, advice on beaches etc. certainly had a positive impact on our vacation. We had an absolutely perfect time with our family and are so happy we came across your home on VRBO. We hope that we can return again to beautiful Provo and would not hesitate in the least to rent from you again. Sorry we missed you upon our arrival. You certainly thought of everything possible to make our holiday the best it could be! All the best to you! PS. We took your advice and checked in early at the airport and had a leisurely lunch at a very nice restaurant/bar close to the airport.

The Sage House is one of the most peaceful and gorgeous places that I have been. A large open floor plan with views of the ocean on both sides and a crossbreeze coming through the house was just magical. Tito and Dane welcomed us and gave us the personal touch that made us feel at home and I strongly encourage you to ask Tito to take you out on his boat for the day. A short walk from the house brings you to Thompson Cove where we found the most conch shells on the island and it was an awesome way to end each day. A 5 minute drive brings you to Smith Reef that can be snorkeled right off the beach and it is filled with tons of colorful fish. Providenciales itself was absolutely beautiful with the best water I have seen anywhere. This is not the island for those looking for lots of activity or night life. It is a peaceful and quiet place with unlimited opportunity for exploring beach after beach. The island has great food but bring your wallet because prices are steep. We took advantage of the house and cooked many of our meals - wonderful to eat out on the deck. You will absolutely need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to make the best of the island because it is spread out with no real town center like you find in some places but everything on the whole island is within a 20 minute drive. We did not feel unsafe in any of the places we went and we literally explored every beach on the island. The main thing I can say is come and stay at the Sage House for as many days as you possibly can. We stayed 11 nights and wish that we had 11 more. Thanks, Tom Britton

We're back from our week Sage House and I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay. The house was absolutely beautiful. I firmly believe that Sage House is the best house in the neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the wrap around deck with the spectacular view of the water and the soothing breeze that blows though the windows and doors. We felt right at home. The information you provided in the "green folder" was extremely helpful. It helped us find all the beaches, the best places to eat and pointed us to toward some very interesting and fun activities. We took a ride on the submarine that permitted us to see the coral without getting wet. We also took a one day cruise to Middle Caicos to see the caves, picnic on a beautiful beach, pick up seashells on seashell island and see the iguanas on iguana island. We ate at a different reasturant every day, all of which had great food. The highlight of our trip was when we spotted two nurse sharks at the Thompson Cove beach. We got to see them up close and personal. They put on quite a show for us that lasted about 20 minutes. I've attached a picture of one of them as they swam by at about 10 feet from where we were standing. Words can not express what a great time we had. The people, the weather, the water and the house were perfect. My husband and I both agree that this was one of the best vacations we've had in a very long time. TCI is definitely the best island we've visited. The islanders made us feel as if they were happy to have us there and made us feel welcome. We will definitely go back. Thank you very much for allowing us the opportunity to rent your house. I hope that we have the opportunity to rent it again in the future. All the best, Carol

Three words come to mind when I think of my stay in the beautiful Sage House-- Fresh, Peaceful, Perfect. With it's high ceilings and wide open rooms that just seem to flow into each other, this house is a space-lover's dream. A beautiful contradiction, this house is isolated from all people/noises and yet just minutes away from main beaches and the 'downtown' area. Walk to your own private beach or drive to a more lively one-- you can have it all. It is clean, comfortable, and convenient, and while the pictures are gorgeous...they cannot compare to the reality. To sum it up....this house is absolutely perfect, a rare gem just waiting to be snatched.

We spent a week at Sage House recently – it was an amazing stay! The house is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated with all brand new furniture. The spacious and open kitchen was great for cooking great dinners with the designer appliances. There is a great private guest quarters on the lower level of the house complete with its own bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. It is ideal for a group vacationing together or a family that needs extra room. We really enjoyed the 360 degree views of Provo from the deck that wraps around the entire house - especially great for watching the sunsets over the ocean. The weather in T&C was amazing. The temperature of the ocean was so nice - refreshing but still warm. There are plenty of excellent restaurants close by and a lot of great unique shops on the island. We will most definitely be back at Sage House for our vacation next year!

October 2007, Our stay in Sage House was wonderful!! We felt like we were in our home away from home. This home is well maintained with beautiful gardens, views and a secluded location. Yet you are close to everything. The porch is just wonderful for a relaxing meal, reading or resting. We would definitely return as soon as we are able.

Coming home after being gone for over a week, have been crazy busy unpacking, repacking, mail, etc....so sorry this is a little delayed.....but wanted to let you know how much we loved Saged House! It made us so happy to pull up the driveway every day, knowing we were coming up to the shady, breezy porch with the 360` views, and the tranquil interior with the elegantly simple elements of glass, light, stone, wood. Loved the timeless floor plan, and the vaulted ceilings were key. Such a treat to open all the windows and have the breeze pull through----I'm not a big air cond. person, but did use it at night in the bedrooms. The beds were divine, and we appreciated the quality linens and towels---the beach bags already filled with the beach towels were a treat. Loved the huge master bath, the movie collection, kitchen appliances. Your manager Tetece is great, and so helpful. The yard is lovely, and the gardener and Althea were really sweet too. Our main activity was diving with Big Blue (super dive operation, owners, employees), almost every day, so we were up and gone by 730am and back in late afternoon. The diving was wonderful, and my youngest daughter (11) was thrilled to be down under with the rest of the family after 2 days of course work there. On many afternoons after a rest, we'd go to the beaches of Grace Bay or Sapodilla---the sand and the water are unlike any other island----exquisite (and we've been to many islands over the years). Had scrumptious meals everywhere, think our favorites were Parallel, at the Palms, and the Tiki at Turtle Cove, Conch Shack, and Angelas Deli.
