For your Florida Vacation you will love our spacious condo on the uncrowded New Smyrna Beach. Our beachfront condo has three large bedrooms, three full baths, plus a queen sleeper in the living room and a pack N play for the little ones. There are direct east and north unobstructed views of the ocean and beach. We have the perfect combination of a quiet family beach and only 90 minutes to the Attractions in Orlando. We do have a minimum stay of one week.
Our condo is located beach/ocean front on the quiet, Non-Driving part of New Smyrna Beach. It is a Non-Smoking, No Pets condo with three bedrooms, three baths, completely furnished. Located on the seventh floor, northeast corner. There are unobstructed direct ocean and beach views to the east and north and a direct view of the pool and tennis courts to the north. The balcony is covered, tiled, and is open to both the east and north. The views from our ocean front seventh floor condo are wonderful.
Total living area is a spacious 1706 square feet. This special Condo with east and north exposures offers unobstructed views of the ocean from the living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom and tiled balcony. Natural light brightens all rooms with plenty of windows and sliding glass doors.
Our condo is great for enjoying views of the ocean, surf and beach while seated in the living room, fixing a vacation meal in the kitchen, eating in the dining area, or relaxing in the master bedroom. Just image relaxing or breakfasting on the balcony while watching the sunrise. Only a grass lawn between the condo and the beach! Many of our guests comment on the dolphins they see swimming just off shore.
Access is convenient by 2 elevators, there are also stairs. Comfortably furnished and accessorized, this unit has Broadband Internet access, Wi-Fi, appliances (large and small), linens and towels, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes and glassware, window treatments, furniture, icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, full size washer and dryer, along with a ceiling fan and 42' HD TV with VCR/DVD in living room and TV's/DVDs in the bebrooms. The master bedroom and second bedroom have King size beds. The third bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Our condo can comfortably sleep eight. Guests also have access to a collection of books, DVDs, beach toys, and beach chairs. A state-of-the-art entry gate system has recently been installed making this one of only a few facilities on New Smyrna Beach with restricted gated access. Enjoy the many activities that come with being on 14 miles of the finest sandy beach.
We keep a Beach toy closet in the condo with toys and beach chairs. We also have a restaurant menu folder that contains information on area restaurant and local atractions.

We thoroughtly enjoyed our holiday stay in New Smyrna Beach! Our group consisted of my husband and me and both sets of parents. Your condo worked out wonderfully for our group. The arrangement allowed for a lot of privacy for the bedrooms and the public space was comfy and cozy. The condo was clean and well cared for, too. We enjoyed several meals around your beautiful new dining table. Both mothers commented on how much they liked the table. We took advantage of all the area had to offer, too. We visited the national seashore, parts of the group went fishing a couple of times (no success, but still lots of fun and no fish to clean), shopping on Flagler and Canal streets, dining out (Ocean's Seafood, J B's Fishcamp, and Mon Delice were a few of our favorites), Christmas eve service at Coronado Community Methodist Church, spa treatments, and of course walking the beach. We did have to dip our toes in, but we weren't brave to get all the way in! Thanks for sharing your condo and making our Chistmas holiday so relaxing and enjoyable. I hope we will be back to visit NSB and stay in your condo again, soon.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

Since moving to Florida in 1967, I have been coming, with my two daughters, to New Smyrna Beach each summer. Over the years, our week with the girls which began with 2 daughters is now, 2 TV for every age after a day at the pool, beach, walking, and basketball. Even the kitchen and table were more than adequate. We are hoping to find a week available next year. Thanks for providing such a nice place for us. We have stayed at this unit a few times and always have a great time. The condo is very nice, clean, and well furnished. The ammenities are excellent (pool, shuffleboard, tennis, etc). Of course you can't beat beach front with a nice beach that isn't over crowded. There are also very good restaurants and shopping close. Thanks for another great week at the beach. Our family of 14 (2 condos, of course) had a wonderful time! Our daughter and her family in 701 stayed up late and were able to see a turtle nesting. Dear Lois & Dave, Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your beautiful condo this week! It has been a little bit of "Heaven on Earth". The weather was perfect!! Our mom had her "dream" vacation. She got to sit on the balcony & read & read! We only made her cook once - her famous Swedish Pancakes! We had an absolutety fabulous time! My sister and I even came across turtle eggs on our last walk on the beach this morning! My only complaint is that the week went by - WAY TOO FAST! About the owner: Lois and I are retired school teachers. Grandkids keep us busy traveling to keep up with them in two other cities. We have always loved the ocean and try to get to our condo as much as possible. The best thing is having the grandkids at the condo with us!
Why the Owner Chose Southwind:
We have always loved the beach and planned our vacations around beaches. When we vacationed in New Smyrna Beach in the 90s we liked it so much we came back summer after summer and finally decided to purchase a condo in The Southwind. We purchased our condo in 1999 and have continued to enjoy it, even more now that we are both retired.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The greatest thing about the condo is of course the beach. It is wonderful to relax on the beach and watch the Ocean. The view from the balcony, living room, and master bedroom is wonderful. New Smyrna has a small town feel but still has plenty of great restaurants, supermarkets, stores, movies, unique shops, surf shops, etc. It is quiet and safe but still just 90 minutes away from the attractions of Central Florida.
