We thoroughtly enjoyed our holiday stay in New Smyrna Beach! Our group consisted of my husband and me and both sets of parents. Your condo worked out wonderfully for our group. The arrangement allowed for a lot of privacy for the bedrooms and the public space was comfy and cozy. The condo was clean and well cared for, too. We enjoyed several meals around your beautiful new dining table. Both mothers commented on how much they liked the table. We took advantage of all the area had to offer, too. We visited the national seashore, parts of the group went fishing a couple of times (no success, but still lots of fun and no fish to clean), shopping on Flagler and Canal streets, dining out (Ocean's Seafood, J B's Fishcamp, and Mon Delice were a few of our favorites), Christmas eve service at Coronado Community Methodist Church, spa treatments, and of course walking the beach. We did have to dip our toes in, but we weren't brave to get all the way in! Thanks for sharing your condo and making our Chistmas holiday so relaxing and enjoyable. I hope we will be back to visit NSB and stay in your condo again, soon.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Absolutely awesome - condo as well beach, weather, views, crowds or, lack thereof, waves, dolphins etc etc etc. Great place you have and talk about stocked w/ stuff for any need... Thoroughly enjoyed our stay the condo/amenities were terrific. Thank you!

Since moving to Florida in 1967, I have been coming, with my two daughters, to New Smyrna Beach each summer. Over the years, our week with the girls which began with 2 daughters is now, 2 TV for every age after a day at the pool, beach, walking, and basketball. Even the kitchen and table were more than adequate. We are hoping to find a week available next year. Thanks for providing such a nice place for us. We just got home from a very relaxing week in this very nice condo. Everything you need is there from the moment you arrive. Just add food to the frig!

We have stayed at this unit a few times and always have a great time. The condo is very nice, clean, and well furnished. The ammenities are excellent (pool, shuffleboard, tennis, etc). Of course you can't beat beach front with a nice beach that isn't over crowded. There are also very good restaurants and shopping close. Overall this was a great experience.

Thanks for another great week at the beach. Our family of 14 (2 condos, of course) had a wonderful time! Our daughter and her family in 701 stayed up late and were able to see a turtle nesting. They were so excited! Her 5 year old grandson was lucky enough to be with them - it could be an experience of a lifetime. Thanks again

Dear Lois & Dave, Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your beautiful condo this week! It has been a little bit of "Heaven on Earth". The weather was perfect!! Our mom had her "dream" vacation. She got to sit on the balcony & read & read! We only made her cook once - her famous Swedish Pancakes! We had an absolutety fabulous time! My sister and I even came across turtle eggs on our last walk on the beach this morning! My only complaint is that the week went by - WAY TOO FAST! I hope to bring my husband & unmarried kids back for a visit! Thanks again! "May the Lord bless you and keep you"

Dear Lois & Dave, We were the first renters at the Southwind in 1980 and have returned here many times during the past 34 years. We particularly love the Southwind and your comfortable condo has been a favorite. There were just the two of us during our first three weeks. Our daughter, son-in-law, and two grandsons (ages 17 & 12)joined us during our final week. From here we will all be taking a one week cruise departing Port Canaveral. We hope to rent from you again in the not so distant future - thanks for the memories!

Dear Dave & Lois- The Colby and Stephenson family would like to thank-you for opening your gorgeous unit to us for the vacation of a lifetime. It was a fabulous 2 weeks of fun in the sun and pure enjoyment for the grandparents to really enjoy our kids and for that we can't thank you enough. WHAT A GEM! We have stayed in the condo multiple times and everytime is perfect. Great Location, Great View, Great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of FL. This is the perfect place to take a vacation for couples and families, we love it and will continue to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our December '06 pre-Christmas stay in this beautiful condo. There were 6 in our family group--3 adults and 3 children. The condo was spacious and very comfortable. All of us loved being so close to the ocean. Since we like to cook when we get the chance, we were thrilled to find the most well-equipped kitchen of any vacation home we have ever stayed in. The surrounding area is lovely and the owners provide you with excellent restaurant and attraction recommendations. We are planning a return trip soon and have highly recommmended this condo to our family and friends.

We stayed in this condo in April '07 for Spring Break. We had 3 adults and 4 children. There was plenty to do with plenty of room. The condo was very well kept. The office personnel was also very kind and helpful. We would love to come back again!

We stayed for Spring Break (April '07) and had a great time. The condo is spacious and well-kept, and the views are great. The kids had plenty to do with tennis, basketball, heated swimming pool, ocean. Fishing is great, too. Not one complaint.

My husband and I have always loved our vacations at the Southwind,(Condo #705.) We have stayed four times and love coming back because it has been perfect year after year. The owners of this condo always keep it in great shape and we have never encountered any problems. The beach is beautiful and quite. During sea turtle season, it is amazing to see their nests along the beach and watch as the babies crawl towards the ocean. We love the fact that cars are not allowed on the beach, but we also like the fact there are no public access points nearby. In the mornings, we enjoy sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and sea birds make their way up and down the coast. We also like the fact that whether you are playing horseshoes, tennis, shuffle board, or lounging at the pool, we always have a view of the ocean. The condo itself is very spacious and has a fully stocked kitchen for all of our cooking needs. We are looking forward to the trip we have already booked for September. We think you'll love our condo as much as we do. One of our favorite things to do is to watch from our balcony as dophins swim in the ocean just off the beach. New Smyrna Beach is a great place for a relaxing and fun beach vacation.

We have stayed in this unit a number of times. This is a great location, with a beautiful beach, perfect for walking or fishing. The décor of the condo is very comfortable and family friendly. If you want to eat in, there is a well furnished kitchen. If you want to eat out the area has many wonderful places in easy driving distance. The owners have provided a binder with menus from many of their favorites. We find the pool and the beach peaceful and very relaxing, quite and comfortable. One of the best places you could find for a little R&R.
