Come visit the best 3br/2ba unit in the best newly constructed Sunrise Beach Resort in Panama City Beach! It is located close to the tourist district with many adventures to discover. Shipwreck Island Waterpark, St. Joe's Pier Park(the newly constructed Mega shopping complex), Gulf World,and next to Sharky's restaurant, and across the street to the newly constructing "TOWNE of SEAHAVEN"(Sandestin's new 52 acres old Flordia town which will be "THE" destination point for Panama City beach.

You will be able to walk directly across the street to unique shops,restaurants,1950's retro theater,and much,much more. Great places to take the family, although you don't have to leave the resort to have a great time.

Located on the fifth floor amenity deck you will find a video arcade, private theatre room with 50 inch plasma TV, professional gym, private clubhouse, and a catering kitchen and the Two large pools. Floors 1-4 are the parking garage in which you can park directly under your unit and just walk right to your unit's door. No elevators to deal with and NO croosover to walk across the street to and from your car. From this elevation you can really enjoy the beautiful views of the ocean,beach,pools and magnificent sunsets.

The private pool deck features two oversized pools (one of which is heated), two hot tubs, and a huge mushroom fountain for the kids to enjoy! Just walk out of your door directly to the pools. NO Elevators to wait on. WITH THE REfLECTIVE GLASS,you CAN'T SEE IN this unit from the pool deck or inside the unit you CAN'T hear the people at the pool.The corridors to the POOLS ARE LOCKED at 10 P.M. so the pools are closed and no one are to be on the pool deck after hours. This unit #502 is GREAT. BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLA IS INCLUDED IN OUR UNIT. This is a $25-30/day savings

The three bedroom and two bath condominium is located right at pool level ,so it is a great convenience. This unit is the only floor that has 10' ceiling. This makes a much more spacious unit.   • Derral- My family recently rented units 502 and 511 for a week. As I told you I own some travel agencies and I visit resorts all over the Caribbean and rate them for various tour companies. Out of a possible 10 I would rate your properties a high 9 and I have never given a 10 to anyone. The conditon and decor of both your units were excellent. The location being close to Pier Park and many restaurants,clean sandy beach, well kept pools, and a exercise room which I used dailey had good selection of workout equipment. Being a travel agent I have stayed at many super resorts, villas, and hotels and I would rate my stay at Sunrise 502 one of my top 5 for a family stay. This is a property to which I plan to return and as a travel agent I plan to suggest it to clients who wish to visit the Panama City area! I will be happy to give your property a good reference to those who wish to inquire about it. Thanks for a wonderful week for my family and grandchildren.   • Derral, As you know my husband and i started looking for a place last year to celebrate the fact that we both turned 50 this year and our 25th wedding anniversary. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The condo was absolutely perfect with the beautiful decore and location. The weather was great also. With our stay for the month we had family and friends down also and everyone was very pleased and had a great time. Thanks again!!!!!!!

  • We have been going to Panama City Beach at least once a year for vacation since 1991 and I would have to say that this year's stay in room 502 at Sunrise Beach was the best yet. Being able to park our truck on the fourth floor parking level next to the stairs was so easy, just one floor to walk up no elevators to wait on.The view out to the pool was so relaxing especially early in the morning having coffee on the balcony. The 2 pools were large and never over crowded. The room was so nice and beautifully furnished. The beach there was great and the resort staff was very nice and friendly. My wife even though on vacation really liked the big utility room with the full size washer and dryer which is uncommon in most condos. I reccomend to every one out there that wants a great and affordable vacation to rent room 502 at Sunrise Beach. Thanks Mr. Derral Dobbs for renting to us. Jerry and Bobbie Sue Prince

  • We go to the beach every year and I have to say of all the places we have EVER stayed, this condo is the absolute BEST. It is in a very nice location, convenient to everything. The feeling is more of being in a resort, with everything supplied for your pleasure and the decor of this unit was beautiful. We had four teenage girls and a ten year old son and had more than enough space for all seven of us. This condo is especially nice for anyone with children. It is right by the pools, hot tubs and playing fountain. My husband and I could watch the children in the pool from inside the condo and beside this unit there is a game room for the kids. There are also supervised scheduled activities for younger children. On this level there is also a very nice workout facility, and as everything is located on this level, there is no long waiting for elevators. The owners have thought of everything needed for luxury, comfort and convienence --the only thing we did not like was leaving this wonderful paradise. We will definately go back and request unit 502 again.

  • My family and I just got back from staying in this condo and it was beautiful. It was by far the nicest place we had ever stayed. The beds were awesome. None of us wanted to get up in the mornings. We already decided we were going to get memory foam matresses. Being this close to the pools was great when having four kids. They also enjoyed having the game room next door. We had a great time. Thanks.

  • My sister and I had the wonderful opportunity to stay in this fabulous condo along with other friends for a wonderful retreat in October. I can guarantee you won't find a more lavishly decorated condo-- at any price--- but that's the real beauty of this property. IT WAS AFFORDABLE and LUXIURIOUS.
