We have the best ocean views, beach, rates, and location! A lovely Cancun condominium, that has been recently remodeled! It is a cute condo, in a perfect location! The beach is gorgeous - powdery, pure white sand, with turquoise blue, clear, warm water! This beautiful Cancun condo is an oceanfront complex, with a fantastic Caribbean ocean view. It is in the top of the hotel zone, in the Punta Cancun area- just across street from the "hot spots" in Cancun- Carlos and Charlie's, Senor Frog's, and Hard Rock Cafe. The condominium is walking distance to good restaurants and shopping, flea markets, fast food, convenience stores, internet, banking, and the Cancun nightlife and entertainment.
This Condominium is a larger studio unit and can sleep up to five or six (six with children). It has a kitchenette, air conditioning, 2 lovely oceanside pools with views, cable TV with DVD/VCR, free parking, direct access to the beach, and other modern extras. A great deal! Sit out on the large private balcony, enjoy a meal, or just savor the spectacular, panoramic ocean view. A wonderful spot for families, or a romantic getaway. The fantastic, white sand beaches have lovely, turquoise, clear, warm water! The condo is walking distance to the "hot spots"- the trendy nightclub area of Cocobongos, Sr. Frogs, dining, and shopping, etc. It's in the Girasol complex, in a fantastic central location. It is located with easy access to the bus lines that run up and down the main strip at 65 cents a ride. There is also easy access to taxis in front of the condo. No need for a car!
Have the perfect combination of relaxation and fun! There is so much to do here! It's just a 25 minute drive to the airport, or 15 minutes to downtown. A fantastic vacation spot! Many malls are close, and banking and money exchange are walking distance. There is boogie boarding, and swimming in the water in front of the condo! You can just sit back, soak in the sun, and enjoy the beach scenery! You are near to what is happening, including many water activities, such as scuba, snorkeling, sailing, jet skiing, parasailing, water skiing, fishing, swimming, boogie boarding, water parks, atvs, golfing, swimming with dolphins, aquarium, jungle tours, and much more. See the Mayan Ruins- Chitzen Itza, Tulum, Coba, and Uxmal, or take a ferry to the islands of Cozumel or Isla Mujeres. There is a tour office in the hotel lobby.
Buses will take you up and down the main street- Kulkulcan Blvd, which the condo is on. That is where all of the action is! They are in front of the condo, and are easily obtainable. You don't need a car. Tour office, sports rental, and rental car assistance is available in the hotel lobby.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: Great low rates! All rates - One quarter of the rent is due to hold the reservation. The remainder is due 30 days prior to rental date. For booking & calendar- click on webste link below. We have last minute discounts of 5-15% for rentals booked 1-21 days booked prior to rental date. No additional fees, except for rentals less than 4 days there is a $40 fee. We also have a refundable security deposit of $100 required to book the rental.

we went there last year n want to return this year too...this place is just awsome..view from the balcony is breathtalking..my husband n I use to sip on morning tea while watching sunrise..n u can hear claming waves during the night when its so quiet..its spacious, nicely maintained..n owners r very nice..i mean they don't live there but they were easy to reach n they ave partner who loves nearby n is very handy..all in all best deal :)Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

This unit is within walking distance to all that you need, we spent a lot of time of the balcony, the view was great and the new aluminum furniture was very comfortable. The pictures do not do it justice. The people working at the condo were really nice and helpful, hated to go home. I would stay again. Need new pictures of patio furniture.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

The unit would be perfect for a couple, 3 women or men, or a couple with small children. We ended up with 4 women and made it work, but it was close. There are two double beds, a futon, dresser, closet, table/chairs inside and a deck with nice furniture. I would describe it as an oversized large hotel room with a mini kitchen complete with a frig that maintained our beverages, microwave, coffee make and toaster, furnished nicely. Nice bathroom with a very large shower. The view (great sunrise), condo, location, and pools are what are described by Rick. The overall building is older (needs at little TLC) and remains of past hurricanes are seen. However, the unit is clean and updated, everything worked great and for 4 women, we felt very safe. Sergio at the front desk will help you with anything and our pool guy, Othello made sure we were well taken care of with chairs and tables. They were both wonderful guys! It is not a big pool area, but quiet and relaxing, can just hang out without a bunch of noise and hoopla, and great beach watching. We did have lunches at the restaurant and Pablo took care of us and the food and cocktails were very good. The bus stop is a half block, convenience stores for beer, wine, water and restaurants all within a short walk. For good stocking up on better wines, you need to go to Walmart or Sam’s Club which is a 15-20 minute bus ride. The Natural Restaurant next door is great, have the Shrimp in the Pineapple Bowl or pastas, very good. The condo is in a great location! GO PACKERS! Yes, we were there to watch the Super Bowl and we are Cheeseheads! ENJOY and yes, I would stay there again with my friends or husband. The price is right for the size, good value. Rick, thanks for everything.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

The location is convenient to great beaches and other activities we had planned during our stay. The condo was completely furnished with everything we needed. About the owner: We are Americans, Rick and Dori Warner, that live in Yorba Linda, CA, and own the condo with our Mexican partner. We have 3 children, aged 16-26, and are semi-retired. We manage our real estate and vacation rentals in Cancun and Maui. We are a former IT executive, and special education teacher. We love to travel, play sports, read, our pets, and lots more! Our partner is a well known real estate agent in Cancun named Alex Ayala. He is married with 2 children.
Why the Owner Chose Girasol:
We bought the condo with our Mexican partner, because of it's great location to entertainment, dining and shopping. Our partner basically takes care of the Cancun end of things, and we do the management and advertising of the property. Cancun is a great place that we have always enjoyed to visit, because there is so much to do. The beaches are warm, clear, and great for water sports. There is great nightlife here, and also the Mayan ruins, shopping, dining, and much more!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
You are walking distance to the famous nightclub and shopping district- Cocobongos, Sr. Frogs, Carlos and Charlies, etc. It is next to the Forum By the Sea shopping center, and Rainforest Cafe, money exchange, a good sized flea market, many shops, and great beaches! There are many restaurants within walking distance, budget to luxury. There are buses that cost 65 cents, that take you just about anywhere you want to go, or you can take a tour. The buses run in front of the hotel. Most tours have hotel pickups available. You can boogie board, swim in the ocean, or body surf right in front of the condo. Or just, soak in the sun, and enjoy the beach views!
