The entire Condominium has been refinished and furnished to the nine: granite countertops, slate floor, new decorator tile in bathroom, new bedding and linens, new sectional with queen sofa sleeper, new carpet, new paint, and accessories. It is truly luxury.
And did I mention the resort? Ski-in and ski-out at the base of Peak 9, right at the super six Quicksilver chairlift. All the amenities are included as well: indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, hot tubs, spa, exercise facilities, ski locker, underground heated parking (for a small fee) and ski storage, babysitting (for a fee), FREE wireless internet (from the Condominium itself!), restaurants, and the list goes on.
LOCATION: The #1 complement I receive: "What an awesome location!" It is true. Right by Main Street, next to the Breckenridge Ski School, and at the base of Peak 9. It really does not get any better than this.
