Sunrise Beach unit is Panama City Beach's most popular resort condominium. It is located within the 1.2 mile HOT SPOT of Panama City Beach. Within this 1.2 mile is the newly opened Pier Park shopping mega with so many places to shop ,eat, and visit the 16 movie theaters. Across the street is where The Towne Of Seahaven,Sandestin's Baytowne Wharf concept with a 1950's old Flordia Beach community and about eight times larger. This is area to be in P.C.Beach. This is the area where you want to bring your whole family. Not the party area.
Shipwreck Island Water park and St. Joe's Pier Park are great places to take the family, although you don't have to leave the resort to have a great time. Located on the fifth floor, amenity deck, you will find our 2 large pools,one heated, two whirlpools, water mushroom for the children. Also our fully equipt exercise room for all guest. BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLA ARE INCLUDED IN OUR UNIT. This is a $25-30/day savings.
Sunrise Beach offers a covered parking garage on the Gulf side - no street crossovers. Located on the west end of Panama City Beach near the new Pier Park, you get the best of both the Gulf of Mexico and Panama City's premier retail and dining area.
This unit is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath that is professionally decorated throughout with beautiful furnishings. All of the beds in this unit have visco/memory foam mattresses! In the master bedroom you will find a king size bed, the second bedroom contains a queen, and the third bedroom has a full/twin,and in the living room is a sofa sleeper.
The breathtaking sunset, and gulf views from the private balcony will put you in the comfort of beachfront vacationing. It is located on the 10th floor overlooking the pool area. "Our family had wonderful time at PCB! This unit was very clean and had excellent accommodations. We had plenty of space and the balcony was large with a tremendous view of the beach/ocean. The furniture was very nice and the comfortable bedding/mattresses were worth the vacation alone. We had such a great time, we've booked another stay in one of Derral's units for Thanksgiving! "

This was our first time in Panama City and we had a wonderful time. We came with 4 teenage boys and there was more than enough to keep them busy and having fun. Derral Dobbs is super to work with as we have rented his Destin condo before also. His units are superbly decorated, clean and we always feel like home because he makes certain that you have all the ammenities you could possibly need. We would definitely reccommend renting any of his units. We had a week of perfect weather and fun.

We recently stayed at Derral's condo # 1002 for 4 weeks in April & May 2009.(Sunrise) We are yearly visitors to PCB and have stayed in a few condos including Sunrise. We have to say that Derral's condo was fabulous.Very beautifully decorated,clean ...we felt like we were at home. One very important mention is the fact that Derral goes out of his way to be extremely accommodating.A real pleasure for us to deal with him. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sunrise. The condo was absolutely wonderful and the pictures reflect the real thing. The only problem we had was with the pool area. The kiddie mushroom was turned on only 1 time during the whole week and the 2nd pool was not heated at all the whole week.
