Enjoy Sun City Resort living at his home, which has been furnished for you vacation pleasure with casual, comfortable furniture and flavored with a touch of elegance and decorated with a Southwestern flair.
One enters this lovely, 1677 sq ft, home with 2 Master Suites by way of the covered, shaded, North facing front porch complete with patio chairs, and then into the tiled Entry Hall with a vaulted ceiling. The Entry opens to the spacious Gathering Room furnished with sofa, easy chairs and recliner, game table and chair, and HDTV.
The Kitchen is adjacent to the Gathering Room and offers a Breakfast nook with a bay window, plus a breakfast bar. The Kitchen has extensive counters pace, and honey oak cabinets. It is fully equipped with dishes, glassware, cookware, bakeware and utensils.
The Dining Room with vaulted ceiling is open to the Kitchen, and is furnished with table and chairs for six.
From the Dining Room, a sliding glass door leads to the heated and cooled Arizona Room. Slide back the dual pane windows, and this room becomes a screened porch, and is furnished with comfortable, cushion patio lounge furniture, plus table and chairs.
A few steps outside lead to an open sunny patio with table and chairs surrounded by citrus trees, where you can pick your own fruit. A gas BBQ is provided. Now isn’t this what Arizona living is all about!!
From the Entry, a hallway leads to the two Master Suites, each with a private bath. One bedroom is furnished with a king bed composed of a set of Craftmatic adjustable beds with dual controls. The second bedroom has a Queen bed . Quality linens are provided, including thick and thirsty bathsheets.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the fully equipped Laundry Room, and access door to the attached 2 car garage, with opener and storage cabinets.
Enjoy golf at any of the 7 golf courses and pools at any of the 4 recreation centers. This home is approximately 6 blocks from the Kuentz Recreation Center located at Stardust and RH Johnson. Note: The community requires that one occupant must be age 55 or older. No permanent occupant may be under the age of 19.
This home is a non-smoking building. The Owners hold Arizona real estate licenses.
