Emerald Waters is a beautiful, new property (4 years) located directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Direct access to private beach. This condo is in a 36 unit building with private pool and hot tub, and sizable deck offering lounge chairs and tables for relaxation. Because our building is not a high-rise, and the beach access is private, do not worry about having to save your spot to build sandcastles.
Ideal for children because you can keep an eye on them at all times from the balcony, while they have fun in the pool.
Several beachside restaurants within walking distance and convenient shopping within minutes. This condo is professionally decorated with a king-size bed in master bedroom, and two twin beds in the second bedroom.
