Fabulous location! Minutes to Fort Myers airport, less than three miles to the pristine Gulf beaches, less than 12 miles to Miromar Outlet Malls, Waterside shoppes in Naples, much closer to the Promenade shoppes in Bonita, other upscale shopping and fine dining, walking distances to groceries, post office, banks, restaurants, and convenient to Naples and Fort Myers, with their excellent amenities.
The condo has two bedrooms and two baths, king size bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom, queen sofa bed in living room, screened lanai with golf course and lake view, and pool.
Renters have access to the twenty seven hole private country club for either (1) a fee of $250 per week per couple plus cart fees - this option provides full access to all club facilities including the new clubhouse which was opened in March 2006, the Activities Center including workout facilities and the tennis courts or (2) a daily fee on the club course with certain limitations. There also are many semi-private and private courses nearby, which can be played with a daily fee.
