There are two bedrooms and two baths all on one level. The master bedroom suite is spacious with a king-size bed. The attaching master bath includes double sinks and a separate, personal, vanity space with a private, wardrobe area. Twin beds compliment the second bedroom if extra, overnight accommodations are needed.

The living areas include a living room, family, and dining room that are furnished with tasteful, modern, southwest décor. Furniture is provided for a large, Arizona patio to enjoy the warm weather.

A convenient, personal, carport, parking space is included. The Continental Villas East community is known for its classic, Spanish, colonial architecture, lush landscaping with tree-lined and lighted streets, finger lakes which are illuminated in the evenings, a heated pool, and clubhouse all within proximity to everything that matters.

Our townhouse is located in the center of Scottsdale, close to Old Town and adjacent to our private fishing lake, a park that includes walking trails, picnicking, and most outdoor sports activities.
