Our Heritage villa is a "VIP" end-unit townhouse backing to The Sea Pines Racquet Club, and only 1 block to the Heritage Golf Course and world-famous Harbor Town! *Unique* You have FREE TENNIS at the Sea Pines Racquet Club when you stay at our house!
Our three bedroom/three bath townhouse is professionally decorated,with new berber carpet and freshly painted interior in October 2007.It is light and bright featuring sky lights and cathedral ceilings. We have new, white, kitchen cabinets and appliances. There are three generous-size bedrooms (two master bedrooms - one up and one down, and the third bedroom also has its own private bath, each bedroom has TVs.
The living room features a sleeper sofa, and sliding glass doors in the living room and dining room leading to the double-size patio backing to Court #22 at Sea Pines Racquet Club! There is an outside shower (great to have when coming home from the beach) and a storage area (great for bikes)!
The Harbor Town Trolley stops right outside the door and takes you all over Sea Pines at "NO Charge." Walk to the super Harbor Town restaurants and pubs overlooking the Harbor. When you stay with us once, you will be back time and time again, just as many families have in the past. You just cannot beat this location.
