DIRECT OCEANFRONT: Aloha and welcome to our home in Paradise. This luxury condo is just 30 feet from the unobstucted ocean, in a great location on magical West Maui. Privately-owned and recently remodeled, this large condo (1117 square feet/plus another 350 sqft of lanais) features two bedrooms and two baths, with luxury finishes including granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, Tommy Bahama designer furniture plus 2 large oceanfront lanais. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size luxury pillow-top bed. Enjoy 3 new flat screen Samsung TVs, one in the living room and one in each of the bedrooms.
Our 2 bedroom condo is full size, not a loft, and feels more like a house, with the bedrooms upstairs.
The condo is in a well maintained low rise complex, 100% ocean front,that hugs the shoreline on Maui's famous West Side, and is situated on a picturesque, reef-protected sandy cove, uniquely away from the main road.
There's always a sandy beach that spans from the North end of our complex, and a sunny pool for your enjoyment. The water is very suitable for swimming, surfing and snorkeling. The beach is a slow 2 minute walk from the condo itself and the pool a minute away.
This comfortable and well appointed two-level townhouse style condo ( unit #A204, not ground floor) offers breathtaking, completely unobstructed views of the neighboring islands, Molokai and Lanai. Enjoy the soothing sounds of the surf from the 2 spacious, private lanais (balconies) located off the living room and the master bedroom. Both offer a very unique vantage point for whale and sea turtle watching, and for enjoying our legendary Hawaiian sunsets.
While tucked away in a private, quiet spot, we are ideally situated, a short stroll to the Farmers Market, and a short drive to the supermarket, restaurants and the Lahaina Cannery Mall. The charming and historic town of Lahaina, with it's eateries, quaint shops and local art galleries is an easy 10 minute drive away. Kaanapali with it's world reknowned beaches and Kapalua with it's beautiful oceanfront PGA Tour golf course, are also just minutes away.

This store is a 7 minute walk and one minute drive from condo and offers a variety of healthy foods, including some organic and non organic foods and produce. Also offers a small hot and cold buffet.
Just a 2-3 minute drive from the condo, this shopping plaza is home to TIMES, the major supermarket in the area, along with a variety of restaurants, shops and services.

We fell totally in love with Maui the first time we visited in 1994 and have returned almost every year since. We finally made the leap and purchased in 2010. The condo is perfect for us. We love the close-up unobstructed oceanfront, no buildings in the sightline, just plain 100% ocean. Very nice...We also appreciated the spaciousness of this suite, 1117 square feet of floor space , plus 2 large lanais. And all the premium, luxury finishes are just icing on the cake for us (: The location is truly unique, quiet: away from the main road and private, yet very convenient. We love our condo in Paradise and look forward to sharing it with you. ALOHA.

We stayed here in May 2011 for 8 glorious days. I don't even know where to start. This condo is RIGHT on the ocean the views are spectacular (both from the main living room and the master bedroom). The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for our family of four. Watching the sea turtles off of the lanai became our favorite activity while having breakfast in the morning and cocktails in the evening. It was just the perfect vacation in the perfect location.

Our second stay at this condo, and loved everything about it ! The views are simply spectacular and the sound of the ocean so soothing and relaxing. Everything is truly luxurious, especially compared to many other condos we stayed at on Maui. Seems like it was recently renovated. The condo is very spacious and we love that the rooms are upstairs, The master bedroom was particularly spacious, and what a view ! And as a bonus there’s a very sunny lanai off this bedroom, nice and private. The lanai off the living room also has the same spectacular views. Both lanais are surprisingly large and can comfortably seat 5-6 people...We were treated to several whale sightings and countless turtle sightings from the lanais ! The beach in front of the condo is sandy and also nice and private, we enjoyed swimming and sun bathing. Seemed safe enough for kids. The complex seemed well kept and clean, we saw the resident manager every morning tending to the yard ! while we didn’t have much contact, the staff seemed friendly enough...The condo was spotless clean when we arrived. The supermarket was a very short drive away and Lahaina was also very close by... We highly recommend this condo if you like a private setting with the most amazing views !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views from your lanais are fantastic. We were truly lucky enough to visit during the full moon and we think the moonsets were nearly as beautiful as the sunsets ! Lovely location-suited us perfectly. Loved the view, the crashing waves, so many turtles. Nice to be able to snorkel right here. Beautiful lay-out-Loved and appreciated the two floors. Ate on the lanai,whenever we ate at the condo. Mahalo !

Written by a 9 year old guest. (: Aloha ! Thanks so much ! My mom, dad and sister had so much fun ! We saw at least 20 turtles, and bought a lot of stuff. We went on a submarine and went to a luau. When the flowers from the luau went brown, I threw them in the ocean. I went to play in the ocean. We got to pick bananas on the banana tree downstairs, and we got to see the beautiful sunsets. Thanks for everything. It was awesome.
