Absolutely on the ocean front, nothing like falling asleep with the waves crashing just outside. There is also a very quiet little private beach just steps away. In side you'll find everything you would want for a very pleasant stay. Big flat screen tv's up stairs and down.Convienent private parking just down the stairs. Stayed for five nights and loved every one. Thanks Stewart

Our second stay at this condo, and loved everything about it ! The views are simply spectacular and the sound of the ocean so soothing and relaxing. Everything is truly luxurious, especially compared to many other condos we stayed at on Maui. Seems like it was recently renovated. The condo is very spacious and we love that the rooms are upstairs, The master bedroom was particularly spacious, and what a view ! And as a bonus there’s a very sunny lanai off this bedroom, nice and private. The lanai off the living room also has the same spectacular views. Both lanais are surprisingly large and can comfortably seat 5-6 people...We were treated to several whale sightings and countless turtle sightings from the lanais ! The beach in front of the condo is sandy and also nice and private, we enjoyed swimming and sun bathing. Seemed safe enough for kids. The complex seemed well kept and clean, we saw the resident manager every morning tending to the yard ! while we didn’t have much contact, the staff seemed friendly enough...The condo was spotless clean when we arrived. The supermarket was a very short drive away and Lahaina was also very close by... We highly recommend this condo if you like a private setting with the most amazing views !

We are so thankful to have spent time in your home. My 2 sons and I have many memories to share with the 2 family members who couldn't make it. The condo was clean and comfortable, and nothing can surpass the views from the lanai ! Hope to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views from your lanais are fantastic. We were truly lucky enough to visit during the full moon and we think the moonsets were nearly as beautiful as the sunsets ! The breeze from the mountains were so welcomed and refreshing. Your condo had all we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you.

Lovely location-suited us perfectly. Loved the view, the crashing waves, so many turtles. Nice to be able to snorkel right here. Beautiful lay-out-Loved and appreciated the two floors. Ate on the lanai,whenever we ate at the condo. Mahalo !

The picture was very misleading, as there is no beach in front of this complex. Rather, there is a seawall with stairs on the side leading to a dangerous leap down to some rocks that you can climb on leading to the complex next door's very small beach. But aside from that, this was nothing short of outstanding. The unit was clean and spacious. And let's face it, the best beaches are only a 10-15 minute drive away anyway. It's well appointed, and has everything you would need, right down to silverware, pots and pans, and extra paper towels... and a nice knife set which makes cooking very easy. And the view.... WOW. This is truly a beautiful view from both the downstairs living room and upstairs master bedroom. For us, this is a bargain as the view is awesome, and the full kitchen makes it so convenient and economical to eat. The office staff is very friendly and helpful, too.

We are happy that you enjoyed your stay and you found our condo "nothing short of outstanding" and that you were able to take in the "truly beautiful views". As far as the sandy beach is concerned it generally stretches several hundred feet.However, during your stay there was an unusual swell that came in and the beach was undercut and the rocks were exposed. I have spoken to the manager and she tells me this is an unusual occurence that happens once or twice a year and only lasts one or two days. The sandy beach is otherwise very suitable for swimming, snorkeling, sun bathing and of course turtle watching. As an added bonus the world class beaches of Kaanapali to the South and Napili to the North are both an easy 10 minute drive from the condo. Thanks again for staying with us and hope we can be of service again.

Written by a 9 year old guest. (: Aloha ! Thanks so much ! My mom, dad and sister had so much fun ! We saw at least 20 turtles, and bought a lot of stuff. We went on a submarine and went to a luau. When the flowers from the luau went brown, I threw them in the ocean. I went to play in the ocean. We got to pick bananas on the banana tree downstairs, and we got to see the beautiful sunsets. Thanks for everything. It was awesome.

We stayed here in May 2011 for 8 glorious days. I don't even know where to start. This condo is RIGHT on the ocean the views are spectacular (both from the main living room and the master bedroom). The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for our family of four. Watching the sea turtles off of the lanai became our favorite activity while having breakfast in the morning and cocktails in the evening. It was just the perfect vacation in the perfect location.

As soon as we walked-in, we felt as though we had arrived Home--Home in Paradise.we had a wonderful stay with memories we will take with us to cherish forever ! This was our second annual New Years in Maui. The first at your home. However, we loved it so much, we have booked again for next year. We will be counting our sleeps until we return. "We stayed in this amazing condo in November and it was wonderful. This luxurious unit is very spacious (two floors of fun), beautifully furnished, spotless, very comfy and have all of the amenities needed for a relaxing time.We found everything what we needed in the kitchen and around the condo.The building itself is located very close to the ocean, has a small sandy beach some distance from the unit, so nobody disturbed us during our meals/whale watching/suntanning sessions on our both lanais.And the view was magnificent.The distance from the street was a plus since we’ve never heard even one car passing by. We were very pleased with our accommodation in every way and will be renting the same unit for our next stay in Maui."

We cannot truly tell you how much we have enjoyed our stay here, as it truly has been the most beautiful stay and peaceful vacation. We were so impressed with this well-appointed condo. It had everything - from the high-end luxury finishes, excellent unobstructed ocean views, lots of living space over 2 floors, lovely large & private patio on which to have breakfast and watch the turtles each day, full kitchen completely stocked, in-suite laundry, free high speed, free calls to our family back in Canada and MORE! The master bedroom also looks out on the ocean, and has its own patio (or lanai as they say in Hawaii). Loved all the granite. We can tell that the owners have thought of all the details to make this a wonderful home for us travellers! Thank you! The condo building is set off the main road and right on the beach, so it is really quiet and private. And you don't hear any of the neighbours which made for a really restful stay. The snorkling was really good and we did not even make use of the pool, but nice to know it is there for our next visit. The property also has a BBQ and nice eating area in the garden which we made good use of. Can't stay anywhere else now that we have been so spoilt here!!
